There is provided an article alignment apparatus 10 including an article alignment device for aligning orientations of articles by arranging two aligners 21, 21 having cylindrical surfaces, rotating each of the aligners 21 while keeping it at a predetermined inclination with respect to a horizontal direction, placing the articles on cylindrical outer surfaces of the two aligners 21, and carrying the articles from one side to the other side, in which protrusions 22 are provided on the surfaces of the aligners 21.

Device for placing threaded lids (10) on containers (4), said device comprising a holder (1) for lids to be placed, a mechanism for retaining (2) the lids stored in said holder, said retaining mechanism having a predetermined retaining position in which the lids stored in said holder are retained and a release position in which one of the lids stored in said holder is dispensed, and a lid positioner (3), said positioner placing a threaded lid on a container, by means of a first rotation about said first axis, when said positioner is in said placing position; characterised in that said positioner, when in said receiving position, causes the retaining mechanism to change from the predetermined retaining position to the release position by means of a rotation about said first axis.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and reliably align the orientations of articles by a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this article alignment apparatus 10, two aligners 21 having cylindrical surfaces are arranged parallel with each other, rotated while maintaining a predetermined tilt angle relative to the horizontal, and articles are put on the cylindrical outer surfaces of the two aligners 21 and carried from one side to the other for aligning the orientations of the articles. Machine (10) and method for treating containers (12) of liquids comprising a loading station (15) into which baskets (23) are loaded containing, according to a desired pattern of disposition, the containers (12) to be subjected to washing, a filling station (18) in which the washed containers (12) are filled with new liquid, and a re-closing station (19) in which the containers (12) are closed by the relative lids (11). The re-closing station (19) comprises a closing device (63) provided with gripper members (70) by means of which the lids (11) are picked up and positioned so as to close the containers (12), and loading members (66) that automatically direct the lids (11) toward the closing device (63) in a manner consistent with the desired pattern of disposition of the containers (12) in the baskets (23). The closing device (63) comprises movement members (69) that move the gripper members (70) automatically between a pick-up position in correspondence with the loading members (66) and a position of closure in correspondence with the containers (12). The loading members (66) comprise stop elements (67), able to be selectively activated to automatically dispose the lids (11) in a manner consistent with the predetermined pattern of disposition of the containers (12).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Führen von Behälterverschlüssen (2), insbesondere Verschlüssen von Getränkebehältern, mit einem Förderkanal (6) mit mindestens einer zwischen einer geöffneten und geschlossenen Position verschwenkbaren Auslassklappe (3) zum Ausleiten der Behälterverschlüsse (2), wobei die Auslassklappe (3) einen Führungsabschnitt (4) aufweist, der in einer geschlossenen Position zum Führen der Behälterverschlüsse (2) im Förderkanal (6) ausgebildet ist, und ein Drehgelenk (7) mit einem an der Auslassklappe (3) angeordneten und an einem Drehelement (8) drehbar gelagerten Drehkörper (9). Um eine einfach konstruierte und leicht reinigbare Vorrichtung zum Führen von Behälterverschlüssen (2) bereitzustellen, die ein einfaches Entleeren des Förderkanals (6) ermöglicht, ist vorgesehen, dass der Führungsabschnitt (4) und der Drehkörper (9) einstückig ausgebildet sind.

PURPOSE: A device for supplying a cap of a container is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts, and to improve abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: In a cap supply device, a guide plate(70) is fixed to the sides of lower and upper fixed frames(10,61), and has a long hole(71). An operating shaft is fit into the long hole. A cam plate(80) is attached to the side of the guide plate, and has a cam surface(82). A rolling unit includes a disk(91) installed at the end of the operating shaft, a pair of rollers(92) installed at the outer surface of the disk and contacting with the cam surface, and a guide roller(93) moving along the long hole.
