    Abstract: 一种高强度聚芳醚酮多孔泡沫材料及其制备方法,属于特种工程塑料技术领域。是将增强材料均匀分散在环丁砜溶剂中,再加入双酚单体、双氟单体、无水碳酸钠和二甲苯,在170~230℃搅拌反应带水2~3小时,然后放出二甲苯和反应生成的水,升温至240~260℃持续搅拌3~4小时;冷却至160~170℃并加入三官能度单体,加入上步放出的二甲苯,在170~230℃搅拌反应2~3小时;升温至240~260℃持续搅拌0.1~2小时,将反应物倒入240~260℃的模具中;冷却至室温后置于纯净水中,加热煮沸5~8小时,换水;重复煮沸、换水步骤15~20次;最后于50~100℃真空干燥5~10小时、150~200℃真空干燥3~10小时,即得到高强度聚芳醚酮多孔泡沫材料。所得聚醚醚酮泡沫具有致密的孔结构,并具有较高的机械强度。
