Abstract:
The present invention relates to a new floor or wall panel with improved coupling means and is aimed at offering a solution for the drawbacks of the “fall down” joining system.
Abstract:
A pressure sensitive adhering floor panel includes a panel body. The panel body has a top surface, a bottom surface, a first side surface and a second side surface opposite to the first side surface. The bottom surface is coated with a foam layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer. A bottom of the foam layer is flush with that of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer is adjacent to the second side surface. The first side surface is formed with a male engaging portion, and the second side surface is formed with a female engaging portion adapted to mate with a male engaging portion of another panel body.
Abstract:
Floorboards for installation of floors in herringbone pattern are formed with two opposite sides inverted relative to each other. The invention further comprises methods for producing and making floorings comprising such floorboards, as well as fitting pieces and sets of parts for such floorings.
Abstract:
A flooring includes rectangular floorboards with long sides and short sides, the floorboards being joined in a herringbone pattern, long side to long side and long side to short side, wherein the floorboards have a surface layer of laminate, and the long sides of the floorboards have pairs of opposing mechanical connectors which at least allow locking-together both horizontally and vertically by inward angling.
Abstract:
An article that is suitable for use in surface coverings, such as laminate floorings, wherein the article has at least one interlocking edge of a first profile and at least one interlocking edge of a second profile. The interlocking edges provide the ability to interlock adjacent articles without the need for an adhesive, and yet form a substantially gapless seam between the articles. The articles may be joined and unjoined from each other a plurality of times without any substantial deterioration of the interlocking edge profiles.
Abstract:
A floor panel includes a core provided with an upper and lower surface, and a first and second core flank at a first and second side of the core, respectively. The floor panel includes a first coupling part and a second coupling part provided at the first side and the second side of the core, respectively. Each of the coupling parts includes an inner side flank, an outer side flank, and an upper portion flank connecting the inner side flank to the outer side flank. A portion of the first core flank and an upper portion of the outer side flank of the second coupling part are inclined such that when the floor panel is coupled to an adjacently arranged further floor panel these upper portions lie against each other for the purpose of providing a locking in a vertical direction.
Abstract:
A panel may include a panel top side and a panel underside having complementary holding profiles which are provided in pairwise fashion on the panel margins, wherein a first holding profile pair is equipped with a groove profile and a tongue profile, wherein the groove profile and the tongue profile of identical panels can be locked together by means of a pivoting joining movement, and wherein a second holding profile pair is equipped with hook profiles, specifically with a receiving hook on one panel margin and with an arresting hook on the opposite panel margin, wherein the receiving hook has a receiving edge directed toward the panel top side and a receiving groove open toward the panel top side, and the arresting hook is equipped with an arresting edge which is directed toward the panel underside and with an arresting groove which is open toward the panel underside.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a floor panel and to a floor. The floor panel according to the invention includes a core provided with an upper and lower surface, and a first and second core flank at a first and second side of the core, respectively. The floor panel includes a first coupling part and a second coupling part provided at the first side and the second side of the core, respectively. Each of the coupling parts includes an inner side flank, an outer side flank, and an upper portion flank connecting the inner side flank to the outer side flank. According to the invention, a portion of the first core flank and an upper portion of the outer side flank of the second coupling part are inclined such that when the floor panel is coupled to an adjacently arranged further floor panel these upper portions lie against each other for the purpose of providing a locking in a vertical direction. In addition, a first upper portion flank of the tongue of the first coupling part includes a curved recess and the groove of the second coupling part may include a bulge complimentary to the curved recess.
Abstract:
A panel-shaped, rectangular construction panel that includes: a visible face; a base face located opposite to the visible face; two first shaped side faces that run parallel to each other, and two other, second shaped side faces, also parallel to each other, that run perpendicular to said side faces, wherein all of the side faces are bordered by the visible face and the base face; and at least one pair of locking mechanisms that are incorporated in the side faces of the construction panel, are compatible with each other and, when assembled, work together to allow for a separable connection between like construction panels.
