Abstract:
Interlocking building block, paving unit, tile or toy element, one part of which is a piece offering at least one planar locking mechanism, and the other part of which is an element offering at least one spatial locking mechanism. The element is characterized by the piece providing the planar locking mechanism being a three- clawed piece (21 ) built around an equilateral triangle (1 ) with protruding arms (22) and grooves (23) corresponding to their circumference arranged in a circular segment (23). The protruding claws (22) are rotated on a plane around a center of rotation (30). These align with the grooves (23) of another three-clawed piece (21 ) to offer a bayonet type locking mechanism, where the center point of the circular segment (12) is identical to the center of planar rotation (30). The element providing spatial locking is either comprised of at least one hexagonal prism (20) placed next to the three-clawed piece (21 ) and connected to the corners of the equilateral triangle (1 ), into which the three-clawed piece (21 ) is placed so that the protruding claws (22) extend beyond the hexagonal prism (20) to the same extent that the grooves (23) extend into the base area of the hexagonal prism (20), or the element providing for spatial locking built at the circumference of the three-clawed piece (21 ) consists of protrusions (28) (tapers) ensuring a groove/taper connection and connecting grooves (29), so that each piece contains protrusions (28) (tapers) as well as grooves (29). The system comprises at least one laminar element (103; 104) with a first face of contact with a laying surface (F) and a second face of contact with at least one covering element (R). Strips (121) defining joints between covering elements (R) are arranged around the edges and corners of the covering elements (R) to define and fill the joints between mutually adjacent covering elements. Corner elements for mutual connection of said strips are further provide to retain the strips around the respective covering element.
Abstract:
An assembly system for a floor and/or wall tiles is provided to employ a fixing unit provided at a lower portion of a tile and guide a curved part so that side edges of the tiles is matched with each other. An assembly system includes two tiles engaged with facing edges. A male element(6) is inserted into a central portion of the edge to fix the two tiles. The male element has an angular amplitude of 270 degrees. Two facing grooves(3) has an angular width of 180 degrees. A groove formed at each edge of four neighboring tiles has an angular groove of 90 degrees. Male elements(5) are fitted into opening grooves formed. The curvature of the male elements is changed according to fastening by a tile.

L'invention concerne un module (1) de revêtement de sol comprenant : - un élément de support (2) destiné à être posé sur le sol, et - un élément de finition (3) formé par moulage d'un matériau, dans lequel l'élément de support (2) comprend des pattes d'ancrage noyées dans le matériau formant l'élément de finition (3) afin de solidariser l'élément de finition (3) et l'élément de support (2), les pattes d'ancrage étant élastiques de manière à autoriser une rétraction du matériau formant l'élément de finition (3), lors de son durcissement.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a tile and method of forming a tile, in which the tile comprises a base substrate and a laminate layer, whereby the substrate has upstanding edges on a top surface thereof, such that the edges define a rim at a perimeter of the substrate for aligning the laminate layer on the top surface of the substrate. The substrate comprises connecting means for engaging with connecting means of a substrate of a further tile to form an interconnected floor system. Engaging the connecting means of a tile with a further tile aligns and positions a side edge of the tile with the side edge of the further tile in a side by side arrangement to provide a grout effect for the tiles when connected.
