Abstract: Proposed is a non-slip outsole composition containing coconut fiber. The composition contains 30 to 40 parts by weight of polybutadiene rubber, 20 to 30 parts by weight of elastomer, 15 to 20 parts by weight of filler, 20 to 30 parts by weight of coconut fiber, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of surfactant, 0.2 to 1 part by weight of a vulcanization accelerator, and 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent. Further proposed is a manufacturing method of a non-slip outsole containing coconut fiber. The method includes preparing the coconut fiber by separating a coconut into a cocopeat part and a coconut fiber part, blending a non-slip outsole composition by mixing the prepared coconut fiber with a rubber binder mixture, and producing the non-slip outsole through molding by injecting the non-slip outsole composition into a mold having a predetermined outsole shape, and finishing the non-slip outsole by cooling and aging the molded outsole.

Abstract: The present invention relates to [1] a plasticizer for a halogen-based resin containing a mixture of didecyl phthalates each containing a linear or branched C10 alkyl group, in which a content of di-n-decyl phthalate in the mixture is not less than 48 mol % and not more than 70 mol %; [2] a plasticizer composition for a halogen-based resin containing the aforementioned plasticizer; and [3] a halogen-based resin composition containing a halogen-based resin and the aforementioned plasticizer. The plasticizer of the present invention has an excellent plasticizing effect on a halogen-based resin and at the same time, can exhibit excellent effects of improving all of productivity, processability, kneading properties and heat resistance without deterioration in the respective properties.

Abstract: Disclosed is a high ultraviolet blocking polylactic acid composite material reinforced by POSS modified bamboo powder. The preparation method therefor includes steps of carrying out chemical grafting modification of bamboo powder with proper particle size by using POSS containing specific organic groups, and then adding the modified bamboo powder to polylactic acid for melting and co-extrusion to obtain POSS modified bamboo powder. The present disclosure makes full use of the 30% lignin in the bamboo powder, having the advantages of wide source, biological metabolizability and low price; the present disclosure does not need the traditional inorganic ultraviolet blocking agent, nor need to extract refined lignin from natural materials, but directly takes inexpensive and easy-to-obtain bamboo powder as main raw material. The composite material prepared in the present disclosure can greatly improve the UV blocking performance, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the PLA.

Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material by using a physical foaming agent, comprising: melting and mixing a polyvinyl chloride resin, a modified resin, an isocyanate, an anhydride, a nucleating agent and a heat stabilizer to obtain a blank; immersing the blank into a foaming gas for foaming to obtain a foamed body; and subjecting the foamed body to crosslinking curing to obtain a crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material. According to the present invention, the crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material is prepared by means of a brand-new process route, and the composition and proportion of the PVC resin and other raw materials can be adjusted in a wide range; and carbon dioxide or nitrogen is used for foaming. Further provided is a crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material.
