A door-stop device for a door hingedly set in a doorframe and equipped with a door handle assembly rotatable between a first, untensioned position and a second, tensioned position, including (a) an obstruction assembly, (b) an extension and having a tirst and second ends, the tirst end connected to the obstruction assembly, and (c) a securing mechanism, connected to the second end of the extension arm, and including a collar adapted, in a relaxed position, to partially encompass a rotatable portion of the door handle assembly, the collar associated with first and second tabs having first and second openings, the openings adapted to receive a closure member therethrough.

A lock (57) for a door assist system (12) for use on a vehicle door (10) and connected to a vehicle to lock the door into an open position includes a door handle (40) having a first operable position, a second operable position and a released position, a pneumatic actuator (28) having an actuator rod (32), where the actuator rod is extendable when the door handle is in the first operable position and the actuator rod is retractable when the door handle is in the second operable position. The door assist system also includes a slide block (34) displaceable by the actuator rod of the pneumatic actuator. A lock (57) also includes a door link (54) connecting the slide block (34) to the vehicle frame. As the slide block is displaced away from the pneumatic actuator (28), the door link opens the door (10) with respect to the vehicle. The lock also includes a hydraulic locking actuator (58) with a hydraulic rod (66) extendable and retractable with the slide block (34). When the door handle (40) is in the released position, the actuator rod (32) is prevented from extension and retraction and locks the slide block (34) at the current location, preventing opening or closing of the door (10).

A door opening and closing device for a slide door, which can be horizontally open and close the slide door by application of a light load and which can be constructed and maintained at low costs. The door opening and closing device has a transmission mechanism for converting through a lever (31) the amount of settlement of a treadplate (21) placed on floor surfaces at positions in front and back of the slide door (12), into a predetermined displacement amount. The tread plate (21) is weight-wise balanced such that the transmission mechanism and settlement of the tread plate due to the weight of an adjustment weight (W) causes the tread plate (21) to float through the lever (31). Up-down movement of the long transmission member (32) presses a drive rotation body (42) to an open door rail (41), and a component force of the pressing force allows the slide door (12) to be opened by application of a light load.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Torantrieb zum motorischen Antreiben Tores, welches getrieblich an eine Antriebswelle des Torantriebes ankuppelbar ist und mit einer Handbetätigungseinrichtung (50) zum Drehen der Antriebswelle mittels einer von außen angebrachten Antriebskraft, insbesondere einer manuellen Antriebskraft, wobei die Handbetätigungseinrichtung (50) ein manuell drehbares Betätigungselement (10) weist. Um die Handbetätigungseinrichtung einfacher und kostengünstiger zu herstellen und auch bei ungünstigen Platzverhältnissen leichter zu bedienen, weist das Betätigungselement (10) einen, insbesondere genormten, Werkzeugangriff (20) zum drehfesten Angriff eines Standardwerkzeuges auf.

A drive arrangement (10) has first and second wheels (12, 14) and an endless loop member (16). The path of the member (16) is defined in part by a third wheel (18), between the wheels (12, 14). The wheel (18) is movably mounted so that the length can be changed for the path of the member (16) as it passes around the wheel (18), between the wheels (12, -14). Accordingly, the member (16) can be tightened or slackened around the wheels (12, 14), so that the wheels (12, 14) can be coupled to convey drive from one to the other, through the member (16), or disengaged, so that drive is not conveyed.

A movable barrier operator (10) has a first disconnect mechanism (20) and a second disconnect mechanism (35) wherein either mechanism can be used to cause the output drive of the operator to be disengaged from the movable barrier to allow the movable barrier to be manually moved. In one embodiment, the second disconnect mechanism (35) is located distal to the operator itself such that the disengagement mechanism can be operated from an area external to the operator.
