PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration machine oil composition which secures the lubrication of a sliding site on activating and driving a refrigeration machine compressor, a compressor using the refrigeration machine oil composition, and a refrigeration apparatus comprising the compressor. SOLUTION: The refrigeration machine oil composition is used in a refrigeration machine compressor in which at least part of a sliding surface of the member constituting a compression mechanism part is coated with a lubrication film-forming composition using a resin having a heat distortion temperature of not lower than 100°C as a binder and containing a solid lubricant, and comprises a base oil composed of a polyoxyalkylene glycol having a kinematic viscosity at 100°C of 3-50 mm 2 /s and a compound selected from an amide compound having a specific structural formula, an amidated amino acid compound, and an aliphatic amine in an amount of 0.01-1 mass% based on the total amount of the refrigeration machine composition. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touchdown bearing which is excellent in durability as compared with a case where a conventional ball of stainless steel or bearing steel is used, and which can get rid of idle rotation occurring at the time of non-touchdown and inferiority in adhesion property of solid lubricant resulting from the difficulty in surface treatment, as in case of using a ball of ceramics. SOLUTION: The ball 3 is formed of high-speed tool steel, thereby improving the hardness at the temperature (200 to 300°C) expected at the time of touchdown, as compared with stainless steel or bearing steel used for an inner ring 1 or an outer ring 2. A solid lubricant composition comprises (I) 30 to 70 parts by weight of graphite, (II) 70 to 30 parts by weight of a mixture of at least two components selected from alkali molybdate, alkali or alkaline earth sulphate and alkali phosphate, the ratio of the two individual ingredients being in the range of from 0.05/1 to 20/1. Compositions give improved load-bearing capacity and allows settling of friction coefficient.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Metall/Kunststoff-Gleitlagerverbundwerkstoff (2) mit einer metallischen Stützschicht (4), insbesondere aus Stahl, mit einer porösen Trägerschicht (6), insbesondere einer aus metallischen Partikeln (7) aufgesinterten Trägerschicht (6), und mit einem die Poren der Trägerschicht (6) vollständig ausfüllenden Gleitschichtmaterial (8) auf Polymerbasis mit die tribologischen Eigenschaften verbessernden Füllstoffen, wobei die Polymerbasis PTFE ist; erfindungsgemäß umfasst das Gleitschichtmaterial (8) zu 0,1 - 5 Masse-% Kohlenstoff-Nanorohrchen mit einem Röhrenaußendurchmesser von
