카복실(레이트) 그룹(상기 카복실레이트 그룹의 대이온은 암모늄 또는 설폭소늄 이온중에서 선택된다)을 함유하는 중합체를 0 내지 200℃에서 유지시킴으로써 상기 중합체를 에스테르화시키는 방법이 개시되어 있다. 상기 방법은 개선된 필름 및 코팅제, 특히 자동차 코팅제의 제조에 유용하다.

Provided is a gas barrier laminate in which separation between a coating layer having gas barrier properties and a layer adjacent to the coating layer is less likely to occur. A coating solution for producing a gas barrier laminate contains a carboxyl group-containing polymer (A), polyvalent metal-containing particles (B), a surfactant (C), an organic solvent (D), and at least one silicon-containing compound (E) selected from the group consisting of a silane coupling agent represented by the following general formula (1), a silane coupling agent represented by the following general formula (2), hydrolysates thereof, and condensates thereof, wherein the mass ratio of the silicon-containing compound (E) to the carboxyl group-containing polymer (A) is 0.5% or more. Si(OR1) 3 Z1 ... (1); Si(R2)(OR3) 2 Z2 ... (2). (R1 and R3 are alkyl groups having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R2 is a methyl group, and Z1 and Z2 are a group containing an epoxy group.)
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide an antifouling coating composition capable of forming an antifouling coating film that retains a high antifouling performance for a prolonged period of time and has an excellent damage resistance. Another object of the present invention is to provide an antifouling coating film formed with the antifouling coating composition, a substrate with an antifouling coating film and a method for producing the same, and an antifouling method using the antifouling coating film. The antifouling coating composition of the present invention contains a hydrolyzable polymer (A) containing a metal ester group, zinc oxide (B), and medetomidine (C), and has a content of the zinc oxide (B) in a solid content of the antifouling composition of 27 to 60% by mass.
