PURPOSE: An automatic window opening and closing device including an insulating component or a one-way bearing is provided to insulate an electrically sensitive part from a window and to prevent a driving unit from unnecessarily operating in automatic operation or manual operation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic window opening and closing device including an insulating component or a one-way bearing comprises a housing, a chain, a motor(130), a power transmission unit, a one-way bearing(170), and an insulation unit(180). The housing is connected to a window frame. The chain is connected to the housing in order to open or close the window by being connected to the window. The motor supplies driving power to the chain. The power transmission unit transmits power between the motor and the chain. The one way bearing is connected to one of the motor and the power transmission unit in order not to transmit the movement of the chain to one of the motor and the power transmission unit when the chain moves in one direction of opening or closing the window. The insulation unit blocks electrical connection in order not to be electrically connected to one of the motor, the power transmission unit, and the chain.

PURPOSE: A driving motor of a shutter manually operated with pulling is provided to raise a shutter with a simple operation that pulls a coil chain. CONSTITUTION: A cover plate(50) is supported at a predetermined distance with a support bolt installed in a driving motor(30). A drive wheel(10) is located inside the cover plate and elastically supported with a spring to separate from the driving motor. A coil chain(20) is wound on the driving wheel to guide the rotation of the drive wheel. A rotary shaft is installed on the inner side of the cover plate A cam is inserted to the rotary shaft and rotated to guide the movement of the drive wheel. A guide pipe is located in a radial direction outside the cam and embedded with a tightening bolt for controlling the rotation of the cam.

PURPOSE: An automatic opening and closing device for a window with improved actuating stability is provided to extend the service life of a solenoid by reducing the operation time of the solenoid. CONSTITUTION: An automatic opening and closing device for a window with improved actuating stability comprises a drive unit, an actuating unit, a clutch unit, and a control unit. The drive unit outputs rotation power through a power shaft. The actuating unit receives the outputted rotation power from a connection shaft and opens and closes a window by moving a connection end fixed to the window. The clutch unit comprises first and second clutch members(41,42) and a solenoid. The first clutch member is fixed to one of the power shaft and the connection shaft, and the second clutch member is fixed to the other one. The solenoid controls the connection state of the first and second clutch members by moving the second clutch member. The control unit controls the operation of the drive unit and the clutch unit.

PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a folding entrance door is provided to easily and rapidly open and close an entrance door using an opening and closing unit even if the entrance door has a wide width. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device of a folding entrance door is composed as follows. Guide frames(200) are installed on both sides of an entrance(100) to be liftable. Multiple upper and lower shaft rotary plates(120,110) are installed on the guide frames to be foldable in a zigzag shape. Both ends of the lower shaft rotary plate located at the lowermost end of the entrance are coupled to one side of a chain. The upper shaft rotary plate located at the uppermost end of the entrance is connected to the bottom surface of a connection frame(220). When the chain is rotated by a drive motor(M), the upper and lower shaft rotary plates are folded in a zigzag shape and open and close an entrance door.

본 고안은 다수로 분할된 도어패널이 이송체인에 의해 승하강되면서 개폐 동작함에 있어서, 상기 도어패널이 가이드 레일을 벗어나 상부의 스프라킷을 통해 이송될 때 각 도어패널이 수직을 이루면서 안정되게 이송되도록 함으로써, 이송 시 마찰력을 최소화하여 소음을 줄이고, 작동 시 미관상 안정감을 부여하여 제품에 대한 신뢰도를 가일 층 향상시킨 디펜스 도어의 가이드 장치에 관한 것으로, 가이드포스트(10)와, 도어패널(20)과, 승하강 스프라킷(33)(33)과, 개폐 구동수단(30)과, 상부가이드수단(40)으로 구성되는 디펜스 도어에 있어서, 상기 승하강 스프라킷(33)의 하부 일측과 가이드레일(12)이 끝나는 상단측에 승하강 스프라킷(33)에 의해 당겨지는 이송체인(35)을 긴장되게 안내함과 동시에 그 이송 경로가 일정한 곡면 반경을 가지도록 지지패널(31)(31)상에 체인 가이드(100)를 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

A water gate opening and closing apparatus is provided to close a water gate quickly by descending a water gate quickly from a winch for opening and closing a water gate. A water gate opening and closing apparatus enables to close a water gate quickly by operating a direct current motor(100) using a power source of a battery, regardless of a power failure, without making an operator go to a place where a winch is installed, wherein if the direct current motor is operated, a rotary shaft(110) rotates and a cam(120) rotates accordingly and the cam pushes the inside of a movable unit(80), and if the cam rotates and pushes the inside of the movable unit, the movable unit moves far away from a chain sprocket(30), so that a spring(60) is compressed and a spline gear(40) is separated from the chain sprocket. If the spline gear is separated from the chain sprocket, the chain sprocket idles on a rotary shaft(20), so that a water gate descends by dead weight, wherein a centrifugal brake holds the water gate not to be closed excessively, but to be closed quickly.
