Abstract:
본 발명은 윤활성 및 전기 전도성이 개선된 높은 내부식성을 가진 크롬산 염 금속시이트에 관한 것으로, 금속기판 또는 도금된 금속기판의 적어도 하나의 표면상에 크롬산 염층을 가지고, 금속Cr의 견지에서 크롬산 염층이 표면당 10-200mg/㎡ 의 크로뮴 부착물을 가지며, 크롬산염층이 SiO 2 대 Cr의 중량비의 견지에서 0.1-6.0의 양으로 실리카를 함유할 뿐만 아니라 윤활입자대 Cr의 중량비의 견지에서 0.1-100의 양으로 그라파이트, MoS 2 , BN, 칼슘 스테아레이트 및 유기윤활제로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 한가지 종류의 윤활입자들을 함유하며, 윤활 입자들 대신에 비이온 표면 활성 작용을 할 수 있는 표면층을 가진 윤활성 부가 입자들이 사용될 수 있고 상기 표면층은 1-70중량%의 윤활성 부가 입자들을 가지고 크롬산염 금속시이트는 루브오일 코팅의 부재시 프레스 형성성에 견디는 충분한 윤활성 스폿 용접성 및 접지능력에 어떠한 문제도 없는 충분히 높은 전기 전도성 및 노출 상태에서 사용에 견딜 수 있는 충분히 높은 내부식성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

반구 베어링 장치의 부싱의 내부에 형성된 부싱홈의 표면이나 이 표면에 대향하는 반구의 표면에 MoS 2 막을 소정두께로 형성하므로서 생산성의 향상과 제조코스트의 감소를 가져온다. 형성방법은 원소재의 종류에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 도포법이나 함침법등이 이용될 수 있다.

(효과)전기 절연성 및 내습성이 뛰어나고, 압축기로의 오일 복귀성이 좋으며, 신뢰성이 높다.

A metal working water-soluble lubricant composition comprising a water-soluble polymer compound whose counter anion is acidic phosphorus-containing compound or boric acid is disclosed. The water-soluble polymer compound is selected from the group consisting of cationic or amphoteric addition polymers, ring-opened polymers, polycondensation products and salts or quaternary ammonium salts of natural polymer derivatives having at least one basic or cationic nitrogen atom in one molecule thereof with a molecular weight of 1,000 to 10,000,000. The composition has a load resistance equal to or higher than known liquid lubricants which contain mineral oils, beef tallow etc., and shows an excellent lubricating performance when applied to a metal working surface.

The invention relates to a method for producing a dispersion of molecular layers in an organic liquid. The method comprises combining an agglomerate of said molecular layers with an electron-deficient aromatic compound; before or after step a) combining the agglomerate network with the organic liquid; and, after step a), providing mechanical energy to the agglomerate so as to produce a dispersion of the molecular layers in the organic liquid.

This disclosure relates to lubricating engines using formulated lubricating oils to reduce wear and improve engine fuel efficiency. The formulated lubricating oils contain a major amount of a nonpolar lubricating oil base stock and a minor amount of one or more polar lubricating oil additives. The one or more polar lubricating oil additives include swollen inverse micelles dispersed in the nonpolar lubricating oil base stock. The swollen inverse micelles include (i) a liquid polar core containing a polar solvent and one or more polar lubricating oil additives having solubility in the polar solvent, and (ii) a layer of liquid surfactant molecules enclosing the liquid polar core in which polar heads of the liquid surfactant molecules are oriented towards the liquid polar core. A method of improving solubility of polar lubricating oil additives in a nonpolar lubricating oil base stock is also provided.
