PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seizure-preventing agent applicable to a metallic part having possibility to be exposed to a high temperature of ≥500°C without using a metal such as copper, aluminum and nickel, and boron nitride; and to provide a sensor with the seizure-preventing agent applied thereto. SOLUTION: The seizure-preventing agent contains a first solid lubricant comprising one or more of bismuth and a bismuth compound, and a second lubricant comprising one or more of graphite, molybdenum disulfide and boron nitride, regulated so that the content (a) of the first solid lubricant and the content (d) of the second solid lubricant may satisfy the relations: 20 mass%≤(a)≤90 mass%, and 10 mass%≤(d)≤80 mass% with the proviso that the total of the first solid lubricant and the second solid lubricant is 100 mass%. SOLUTION: The screw joint for steel pipe is composed of a pin 1 and a box 2 respectively contains contact surfaces having screw parts (1a, 2a) and metal contact parts (1b, 2b) without a screw. Изобретение относится к получению материалов, которые могут использоваться в смазочных составах для обработки узлов трения, а так же для восстановления трущихся поверхностей деталей механизмов и машин. Состав получен из продуктов дегидратации природных и/или синтезированных гидратов и/или их смесей при температуре удаления конституционной воды и температуре стабилизации продукта дегидрации 300-1200° С. Он содержит оксиды из ряда MgO и/или SiО 2 , и/или Аl 2 О 3 , и/или СаО, и/или Fe 2 О 3 , и/или К20 и/или Na 2 0 и представляет собой конгломерат гранатовидной формы, состоящий из нанозерна и аморфной связующей фазы. Размер конгломерата находится в диапазоне 100- 100000 нм при размере нанозерна в диапазоне: 2-2000 нм. Наличие в заявленном способе этапа стабилизации продукта дегидратации при температуре 900- 1200° С в течении 1-3 часа позволяет сформировать устойчивую структуру конгломерата.
