Abstract:
A system for searching patent information is provided to enable a searcher to contact with a needed expert of each search field by searching the patent information and the information for the expert such as a patent attorney, matching a search result with the expert information, and providing the matched information to the searcher. A database(130) stores the patent information. An expert database(120) stores a keyword and the expert information corresponding to a patent classification code of the keyword. A search part(110) searches the patent information and the expert information corresponding to the keyword. A page generator merges the searched patent and expert information, and provides the merged information to a client providing the keyword. The search part includes a lookup table(112) storing an index file classifying the patent information, and a search engine(113) extracting the patent/expert information corresponding to the keyword from the databases by referring to the lookup table and providing the extracted information to the client.
Abstract:
A method for searching patent information with a tree structure is provided to enable a user to generate a directory having the tree structure by using a GUI(Graphic User Interface) for freely moving and editing the directory and search the patent information through the generated directory. A main keyword corresponding to an interested item is registered by the user. At least one directory having the tree structure is generated based on the main keyword. A query is set to each directory. The patent information is searched by selecting the directory in which the query is previously assigned. Each directory is able to have sub directories and the query is set to each sub directory. A technical category, which is an IPC(International Patent Classification) code, is set to the main keyword.

본 발명은 출원인 명의 단위의 특허 정보 시스템과 발명자 단위의 특허 정보 시스템이 계층적으로 통합된 특허 정보 서비스 방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명을 이용할 경우, 특허 정보 데이터베이스를 기초로 하여, 자동적으로 각 기업별 특허 정보 서비스 시스템을 구축하고, 나아가 특허 정보에 포함되어 있는 기업 소속의 발명자 정보를 추출하여, 자동적으로 발명자 단위의 특허 정보 서비스 시스템을 계층적으로 통합하여 생성하고, 각 발명자에게 발명자의 특허 출원 문건 정보에 포함된 특허 분류 기호를 매개로 하여 자신의 출원 특허 기술과 관련성이 있는 국내외의 특허 정보를 자동으로 추출하여 제공할 수 있게 된다. 나아가, 본 발명은 기업 및 그 기업 소속의 발명자의 특허 출원 문건에서 추출된 정보 및 발명자로부터 입수 받은 검색식을 활용하여, 그 특허와 관련된 국내외 특허 문건을 자동으로 업데이트 해 주는 모니터링 기능 및 통계, 분석, 경쟁 정보, 리포팅, 기능을 포함한다. 기업 및 기업 소속 발명자는 별도의 노력 없이도 자기 자신만을 위한 특허 정보 서비스 시스템이 자동으로 생성되기 때문에, 구축 및 별도 세팅의 노력 없이도 자신과 관련된 국내외의 특허 정보를 손쉽게 활용할 수 있다. 특허 정보, 특허 분석, 감시, 발명자, 출원인

PURPOSE: A patent information system and a mapping information processing method between a technical problem and a technical solution are provided to divide, grasp, and map a technical solution task and the technical solution, thereby easily finding the technical solution of other patent related to the same or a similar technical solution task. CONSTITUTION: A dependent claim character string is obtained and parsed, and a task unit and a solution unit are extracted from the character string (S12). The task unit and the solution unit are mapped and stored (S14). A keyword group including a keyword is extracted from at least one of the task unit and the solution unit. CONSTITUTION: A unit fusion component generator(970) creates a unit fusion component by using a patent group. A fusion pattern analyzer(950) creates a network diagram by using the unit fusion component. A candidate blank fusion discoverer(980) receives a search node about a branch node and processes a blank fusion candidate information by classifying unused search node among the search nodes.
