Abstract: PURPOSE: A foaming mold is provided to reduce the abrasion of assembled parts of molds caused because guide blocks having a higher hardness than the molds are installed in the contact parts of the molds. CONSTITUTION: A foaming mold comprises a first fixing plate(110), a second fixing plate(120), a first mold(130), and a second mold(140). The first and second fixing plates have respective openings(111,121). The first and second molds are respectively installed in the openings of the first and second molds. The first mold has a flange(131) on the perimeter, and one side of the flange is supported around the opening. A support member(150) supports the other side of the flange so that the first mold moves on the first fixing plate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A division core insulating paper of a stator and an insulating method thereof are provided to very simplify a manufacturing process by inserting an inserting unit formed on other spare site to a cutout groove formed in another spare site. CONSTITUTION: A division core insulating paper(100) of a stator comprises spare areas of both sides and the median plane adhering closely to the winding surface of a division core block. The spare areas of both sides are respectively piled up on the external suface of a coil rolled with the median plane. A cutout groove(110) is formed in the spare area of one side into the horizontal direction. An insertion unit(120) is formed in the end of the other spare area. The insertion unit is inserted into the cutout groove. The whole horizontal length of the insertion unit is in a long queue formed in comparison with the whole horizontal length of the cutout groove.

Abstract: A rotor core structure of a synchronous motor for a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to reduce a size and weight of the synchronous motor by reducing a magnetic flux due to a permanent magnet. A permanent magnet is embedded inside a synchronous motor for a hybrid electric vehicle. Plural core blocks(21) and plural permanent magnets(20) are assembled to form a rotor core. The permanent magnets are inserted between two core blocks. The respective core blocks form facing bosses(21a), which fix the permanent magnet on an outer periphery of the synchronous motor. A pore(21b), which suppresses the leakage of magnetic flux, is formed on an inner surface of the core block. The pore is formed in one of round-type, trapezoid-type, and wedge-type shapes.
