Abstract: 본발명의상온아스팔트혼합물은폐아스콘순환골재 82~95 중량%와; 채움제와바인더역할을하는보통포틀랜드시멘트 2~6중량%와; 물속에서아스팔트의상 분리현상이일어나지않고아스팔트의분산상태를유지시키는유화아스팔트 0.1~5중량%와; 2시간내 교통개방을위해양생속도를빠르게하는조기양생제 0.006~0.025중량%와; 재활용상온아스팔트의성능향상을위한첨가제 2~7 중량%로조성되며, 제조방법은상기폐아스콘순환골재, 보통포틀랜드시멘트, 유화아스팔트, 조기양생제및 첨가제를준비하고제조하여필요한양으로계량하는원료제조계량단계와; 혼합물믹서에상기폐아스콘순환골재와보통포틀랜드시멘트를투입한후 20초동안마른비빔하는주원료마른비빔단계와; 마른비빔을완료한주원료에유화아스팔트, 조기양생제및 첨가제를투입한후 40초간혼합하여재활용상온아스팔트혼합물을제조하는혼합물제조단계를포함한다.본발명의아스팔트바인더양생속도가빠른재활용상온아스팔트혼합물및 그제조방법따르면폐아스콘순환골재만사용하므로재활용률을크게향상시킬수 있으며, 골재의가열없이마른비빔을하므로구제아스팔트재활용효과를얻을수 있고, 첨가제를사용하여재활용상온아스팔트의성능을향상시켰으며, 양생속도를빠르게하기위한조기양생제가포함되어포장후 양생시간을 2시간이내로줄일수 있어기존의제품보다교통개방을빨리할 수있는장점이있다.
