Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance processing speed by simplifying circuit structure of a synchronizing circuit more. SOLUTION: In the synchronizing circuit 10, inversion/non-inversion of a clock to be inputted in a bit string acquisition part 18 is switched based on a bit pattern of a bit string acquired by the bit string acquisition part 18. Since the bit string acquisition part 18 performs sampling and bit shift on any one of rise or fall of the clock (CK) to be inputted, when the clock is inverted, sampling timing, consequently, reference timing of the synchronizing circuit 10 changes. Since such a structure simplifies the circuit structure in comparison with the conventional device which changes a cycle or a frequency of the clock, smaller and higher speed synchronizing circuit is obtained. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a waterproofing member (O-ring etc.) used for conventional waterproofing structure is produced by metal die molding and a parting line appears along a joint of metal dies, burrs of a projection shape are produced on the line and if there is twisting at the time of loading the waterproofing member, a case may occur when waterproofing is not attained due to the burrs.
SOLUTION: In the waterproofing structure, a hollow tube (a pipe) which is manufactured by extrusion molding of an elastic material such as rubber based and a resin and which has no burr on the parting line, is used as the waterproofing member. When the water proofing member is interposed at the joint between members to be waterproofed, the waterproofing member is arranged so that respective axes overlap with each other (coaxial) and pipe terminal faces are closely adhered together at the time of pressing these members by fitting to attain waterproofing. Otherwise these members are arranged side by side by being adjoined so that mutual axes of pipe terminal parts are in parallel, mutual flanks are closely adhered at the time of pressing to attain waterproofing.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a step (1) of forming an acoustic matching layer on the surface of an upper electrode of a piezoelectric vibrator composed of a plate-like piezoelectric with electrodes on the upside and downside; a step (2) of forming cuts extending in a two-dimensional direction into the surface of the lower electrode of the vibrator from the lower electrode surface to the upper electrode surface up to a depth 80-95% the thickness of the piezoelectric, thereby dividing the lower electrode and the piezoelectric into a plurality of small lower electrode pieces and plate-like vibrator pieces; a step (3) of electrically connecting electrode terminals of a separately prepared wiring board to the lower electrode pieces of the vibrator through leads, the board having the electrode terminals corresponding to the lower electrode pieces of the vibrator, and an electric wiring connected to the electrode terminals; and a step (4) of forming a sound absorptive layer on the surface of the wiring board by hardening a setting resin material.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting radio-wave transmitting unit 30 for a locking checking apparatus which detects unlocking of a window, the unit being long-life and having the same external shape as that of an ordinary rotary lock lug.
SOLUTION: The detecting radio-wave transmitting unit 30 is set in a case 36 which is fixed to a window frame. The case 36 also houses therein a sensor formed of a reed switch 56 and a magnet 54, and a transmitter 48. When releasing of a window lock is detected by the sensor, the transmitter 48 transmits detecting radio waves from the rotary lock lug 32 as an antenna. The reed switch is arranged on a circuit board of the transmitter, and the circuit board has been subjected to potting.

The grounding electrode board 16 is provided with a tubular conductive sleeve 22 which encloses, in an insulating state, a power feeding wire 18a which penetrates the dielectric substrate 12 from a rear face side to a front face side. The length of an independent exposure part in the power feeling wire 18a is shortened by the conductive sleeve 22 to that adverse influence due to the transmission/reception of radio wave is reduced in the exposure part.
