Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic diaphragm pump adapted to resolve pressure differences between left and right pump chambers, thus preventing an unstable phenomenon without deteriorating the performance and impairing the endurance of diaphragms and the like, in an electromagnetic diaphragm pump that discharges an air alternately pressurized from left and right pump chambers. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic diaphragm pump 1 includes electromagnets 3 opposedly arranged within a casing 2, an oscillator 4 having a permanent magnet 15 and arranged between the electromagnets to oscillate axially through an interaction with the electromagnets, diaphragms 5 provided at both the ends of the oscillator, pump chambers 6 defined between the casing and the diaphragms, suction check valves 7 for sucking air to the pump chambers in response to the oscillation of the oscillator, and exhaust check valves 8 for discharging pressurized air from the pump chambers in response to the oscillation of the oscillator. The suction check valves has a clearance d provided between a valve body 17 and a valve seat 2h, and is configured to extend an opening time when air is sucked during the increase in the capacity of the pump chambers. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for treating broken surfaces of a ductile metal component for treating the broken surfaces so as to perform optimum surface alignment when aligning the broken surfaces of the broken ductile metal component again. SOLUTION: In the method of treating the broken surfaces 51a, 52a of the ductile metal component 50, the broken surfaces 51a, 52a are broken by fitting a half-divided type mandrel in a through hole of the ductile metal component with the through hole, and driving a wedge between the half-divided type mandrel. The broken ductile metal components 50 are held in a separated state so that the broken surfaces 51a, 52a keep a fixed space, and predetermined vibration is applied to at least one of the broken ductile metal components 50 in a direction to intersect the broken direction to eliminate break powder 59 stuck to the broken surfaces 51a, 52a. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide front opening part for putting/taking a work into/out of a machining center. SOLUTION: The machining center 1 comprises a machining center body 10, a box-shaped cover body 20 covering the machining center body, front covers 21, 22 which are attached to the front opening part of the cover body and can be slidably opened/closed. The front covers 21, 22 comprise a pair of plates which can be opened toward both sides, and, with the machining center in an installed condition, they both revolve inside the cover body 20 around predetermined positions in the machining center to approach the side walls of the cover body 20 from a state with the front opening part of the cover body 20 closed, whereby forming the front opening part of the cover body 20.
