Abstract: 본 발명은 발가락지압기의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 합성수지가소제와 은 용액을 배합하고, 상기 배합물을 실리콘고무와 배합한 다음 성형틀을 이용한 가열성형으로 완성된 형태를 얻도록 하므로서, 발가락지압기로서의 지압효과와 은(銀)의 높은 항균성에 의한 멸균 및 냄새제거로 발가락의 건강을 지켜줄 수 있도록 하면서 간단한 제조공정으로 생산성향상을 가져올 수 있고 또 재질이 갖는 특성으로 착용감이 우수하고 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a bellows type container using a vinyl sheet in a series of processes is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by forming the bellows type container with a bellow forming roller by using a cheap vinyl sheet. A method for manufacturing a bellows type container using a vinyl sheet in a series of processes includes the steps of: forming a bellows in which concave portions(220) and convex portions(210) are repeated by forming a vinyl sheet(110); cutting the vinyl sheet in which the bellows is formed by a predetermined length; facing and fusing both ends of the vinyl sheet; and facing and fusing the lower ends of the vinyl sheet.
