이러한 본 발명은 빈번한 삭제 링크의 원인이 되는 삭제 정보 및 URL 관리서버에 반영되지 않은 추가정보의 고속 갱신 처리가 가능해지고, 이를 통한 대량의 URL 체크 분석이 신속하게 처리되고 관리될 수 있도록 해주는 작용효과를 제공한다.

Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing packing materials for roll-type steel is provided to reduce the labor cost and to improve productivity by automating the whole processes for producing the packing materials. In an apparatus for manufacturing packing materials for roll-type steel, a supply unit(50) guides a packing sheet(2) fed from a sheet roll(52), along guide rollers(54), has rope exposing holes cut at regular intervals by cutting rollers(56) installed at both sides of the packing sheet, and supplies a rope(6) from a rope feeder(58) to the rope exposing hole. A joining unit(60) comprises guide folding tools(62) folding a portion of both ends of the supplied packing sheet toward the inner side in a longitudinal direction and covering the supplied rope and a sewing machine(64) joining both ends of the folded packing sheet. A cutting unit(70) is composed of a sheet cutting blade cutting the joined packing sheet at the predetermined length and a rope cutting blade cutting the rope after lifting up the rope at the predetermined length by a hook. A loading unit(80) comprises loading bars(83) loading the cut packing sheet; a folding press tool(84) pressing the longitudinal middle portion of the packing sheet; a transfer member(86) transferring the packing sheet to fold the packing sheet by half by lifting up the rear side of the packing sheet; and left and right transfer rollers(82) horizontally transferring the loaded packing sheet. A control unit(90) has a controller(92) controlling the whole processes.
