Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for processing perfluorinated compounds(PFC) using an oxygen incubating method is provided to eliminate the PFC, by using oxygen-incubated air and double-pipe type helical flame, and by purifying exhausted gas through an exhaust gas processing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A system for processing perfluorinated compounds(PFC) using an oxygen incubating method comprises an oxygen incubating supply apparatus(11), a premixing apparatus(13), a combustion chamber(15), an inner combustion chamber(16) and an exhaust gas processing apparatus. The oxygen-incubated separating and supplying apparatus generates high density oxygen-incubated air. The premixing apparatus respectively premixes fuel with air and fuel with PFC. The combustion chamber forms helical flame, composed of a double-pipe type. A material of a metal net or honeycomb type is inserted into the inner combustion chamber which increases a flame temperature and radiant heat. The exhaust gas processing apparatus wet-processes exhausted gas after processing a combustion of the PFC.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for reducing a repair cost is provided to have a good quality for repairing as having a simple repair work using a simple manual instrument by a worker enters in the conduit line as making a comparatively large conduit line as a subject. CONSTITUTION: In a repairing material of a conduit line(1), a cylindrical expansion and contraction part is put at a gap of a joint to be easily applied when the gap of an abnormal part of the joint of the conduit line is relatively large. Then the part of both ends of the expansion and contraction part is pushed by the strength of supporting of band shaped inner support rings(15) from two places in the state of overlapping as a part of a plastic plate(11) or a metal plate established in both conduit lines.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pipe channel repair method is provided to give the method for saving repair cost, to have good quality of repairing and a simple repair work using a simple equipment. CONSTITUTION: A pipe channel repair method has the steps of: inserting an expansion/contraction rubber(5) when there is a crack between connections of a pipe channel(1) to be still water by expanding the volume of the expansion/contraction rubber several times by itself when leaking; finishing with quick freezing waterproof mortar(7) on it to improve the being still water effect; covering 30¯40 cm width of a metal plate or plastic plate(11) for using as a waterproof and supporting plate to cover an abnormal part to play a role of an exposure face; installing a band shaped or a rod shaped inner support ring(15) to firmly fix the exposure face at the inner face of the pipe channel.
