Abstract: A pattern formed sheet, a forming mold and apparatus for manufacturing the sheet are provided to extend storage period of an optical sheet on which a pattern is formed. An apparatus for manufacturing an optical sheet comprises a first roll around which a base film is wound; a second roll around which an optical sheet is wound; and a master roll on which a forming mold(142) is carried, formed between the first roll and the second roll. Abstract: A method for fabricating nano-scale patterns and a device fabricated by the same are provided to simplify a fabrication process as a replacement for expensive and complicated lithography process, by forming patterns while an elastic substrate is strained and removing tensile force exerted on the elastic substrate for contraction of the patterns as well as the elastic substrate. Abstract: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing an optical sheet are provided to decrease the manufacturing cost of a master pattern by using a film type mold for forming patterns. A base film is wound around a first roll(120). The base film on which coating solution is applied is wound around a second roll(150). More than two guide rolls(130a-130e) are arranged between the first and second rolls and transfer the base film. A coating solution injector(160) injects coating solution on the base film. A pattern molder(140) is arranged to be engaged with one of the guide rolls and applies the coating solution on the base film in a predetermined pattern. The pattern molder includes a forming mold, a master roll, plural pattern guide rolls, and a pre-coater. The master roll attaches the coating solution on the forming mold. The pre-coater fills the pattern of the forming mold with the coating solution.

Abstract: A plasma display panel is provided to cure paste within a short period of time and minimize loss of barrier ribs by using a soft mold of PET(Poly-Ethylene Terephthalate). A soft mold(10) is prepared. The soft mold is filled with photosensitive barrier rib paste(30). A pre-curing process is performed to prevent a floating state of the photosensitive barrier rib paste. An inlet of the pre-cured photosensitive barrier rib paste is sealed by a polymer resin or a hot melt resin. The soft mold is cut according to a size of a display.
