A mounting unit(4) assembled to the winding unit and the driving unit is installed at a heavy equipment including excavators tractors etc. A guide unit(5) makes the roundtrip of the wire rope smooth. The winding unit includes a first winding drum(21) and a second winding drum(22), and the first coupling shaft(23) and the second coupling shaft(24).
