In a method for manufacturing a vibrating rubber screen for sorting aggregates by processing waste tire, the method for manufacturing the vibrating rubber screen using waste tire comprises the processes of sorting rubber powder having a grain size of 1 mm or less and rubber powder having a grain size of 1.0 to 10 mm in rubber powder manufactured by cutting and crushing the waste tire using a sharp blade attached cutting mill; mixing the sorted rubber powder with a certain quantity of non vulcanized natural rubber by determining mixture ratio according to size of products; heating powder of the mixture to an appropriate temperature in a mixing tank after adding vulcanizing agent as an additive to the mixture; sequentially mixing the vulcanization promoter and an anti-aging agent with the heated mixed powder after weighing a vulcanization promoter and the anti-aging agent; and manufacturing a screen for sorting aggregates by molding the mixture for several minutes as pressing and heating the mixture in the mold after transferring the mixture to a mold.
