Abstract: PURPOSE: An inspection device of optics fiber illumination using RGB LEDs is provided to maximize competitive power and to minimize the size of the device. CONSTITUTION: An inspection device of optics fiber illumination using RGB LEDs comprises a red color light optical source section(R), a colored light optical source section(G), a blue colored light optical source section(B), a red filter(11), a blue filter(12), a lens housing(15), a fiber holder(16) and a fiber housing. The red color light optical source section comprises a red LED(1) and a condensing lens(2). The colored light optical source section comprises a LED(3) and a condensing lens(4). The blue colored light optical source section comprises a blue LED(5) and a condensing lens(6). The red filter is formed in the front side of the colored light optical source section. Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing taking out a printed paper are provided to enable a central management server to operate informing device when taking out of the printed paper, thereby establishing an unmanned checking system of taking out of the printed paper. CONSTITUTION: A detecting sensor(32) is attached to a checkpoint or an entrance point and generate a chemical material sensing signal if a chemical material which is spread in a printed paper. A control unit(31) controls opening and closing the checkpoint and the entrance point by being received with a chemical material sensing signal from the detecting sensor. A central management server(100) checks a chemical material corresponding to a program analysis by received with a chemical sensing signal from the control unit and transmits the entrance closing command signal to the control unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are an EVA cross-linked foam which has improved air permeability, hygroscopicity and sound-proofing by forming physical pores in macroscopic structure and controlling the shape and size of the pores, and a manufacturing method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The EVA foam is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: mixing and kneading vinylacetate, polyethylene, a cross-linking agent, a forming agent, a pigment, a filler, an additive, and rubbers or resins mixable and kneadable with EVA resins; low melt-spinning the composition into a filament; mixing as a first material, two fibers and staple fibers from the filament, with fusible fibers selected from the group consisting of water-soluble polyvinylalcohol(PVA)-based staple fibers, polyester-based staple fibers and natural fibers as a second material to form a non-woven fabric; and extracting the fusible fibers from the non-woven fabric; and foaming by cross-linking the fusible fibers-extracted non-woven fabric.
