Abstract: 본 발명은 건설 폐기물처리와 이 과정에서 발생하는 폐 콘크리트를 이용한 레미콘용 재생 세골재(폐 콘크리트에서 골재를추출하여 만든 부순모래를 재생 세골재라 이하 칭한다)제조에 적합한 골재 제조 장치에 관한다. 본 발명은 토분과 이물질을 제거한 폐 콘크리트를 구성하고 있는 조골재, 세 골재, 시멘트 몰탈로 이루어져있는 것을 해쇄(解碎)와 파쇄 및 박리를 하여 자연 상태의 건축용 세 골재를 제조함에 있어서 장치는 건설 폐기물을 원료하여 이것을 휘드 호퍼에 투입하여 공급된 건설 폐기물에서 폐 콘크리트와 토분을 1차 건식 스크린으로 걸러서 토분등 이 물질을 제거하고 벨트에 공급하여 운반도중수선으로 폐 목재, 플라스틱, 폐 아스콘등 대형 이물질을 수선(手選)한 후 압축식 파쇄기로 1차 파쇄한 폐 콘크리트를휘더로 공급하면서 휀으로 2차 이물질 제거와 자력선별기로 1차 자성물질 제거 후 2차 건식 스크린으로 토분등 이물질을재차 거른 후 자선기를 거처서 쏘팅기에 투입 습식으로 4차 이물질을 제거 탈수하고 2차 압축식 파쇄기에 투입 파쇄한 것을 휘더로 공급과정에서 천으로 4차 이물질제거와 자선기로 2차 자성물질을 제거한 후 압축식 파쇄기에 투입 3차 파쇄한다. 이 파쇄한 것을 3차 자선기로 자성물질을 제거하고 필요시 변환 단파를 이용 3종 골재를 중간산물로 배출저장하거나, 습식 스크린에 투입하여 걸러서 스크린 상단에 잔류하여 통과한 입자의 것은 2차 압축식 파쇄기에 재 투입 파쇄하고, 하단 스크린에 잔류하여 통과한 입자의 것은 휀으로 5차 이물질 제거 후 롤 크러셔에 투입 파쇄한 후 4차 자선기로 자성물질을 제거 한 후 임팩트 크러셔에 투입 파쇄 마광 후 습식스크린 하단에 투입하여 5mm이하로 걸러서 통과한 슬러리 상태의 것을 멀티플 크래시파이어( Multiple Classifier)로 보내어 분급한다.
상기 처리한 5mm이하의 슬러리상태의 것을 멀티플 크래시 파이어로 재생 세골재와 미분 슬러지 및 미세 이물질을 슬러지탁수로 분급하여 재생 세 골재는 탈수하여 재생 부순모래 제품으로 배출하고, 슬러지 탁수는 시크너로 보내어 응집제로 응집침전시켜서 농집 슬러지는 저장조에 저장하였다가 일정량씩 인출하여 필터플레스로 탈수하여 케이크로 만들어 폐기하는 장치이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an equipment for preparing reclaimed wet coarse aggregate and crushed sand by using constructional waste and previously removing soil powders from raw material to improve quality of final product. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a hopper(1), a vibrational supply device(2), a hand-picking conveyor(3), first to fourth vibrational screens(10,21,5,7), first to fifth crushers(20,51,8,9,19), a sorting tank(30), first to third transfer belts(6,8a,19a), and a crashing device(90) to remove residue such as soil powders from broken materials obtained the third and the fourth screens(5,7) then give final crushed sand. After then, by treating residual materials in the fourth screen, the coarse aggregate is produced. The first screen(10) has first and second selectional nets(11,12). Similarly, the third screen(5) has first to third nets(5a,5b,5c) while the fourth screen(7) has first and second nets(7a,7b) and an isolation plate(7c) between the nets.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing recycled fine aggregate for construction are provided to effectively remove cement mortar adhered onto waste concrete by removing soil and foreign materials from construction waste, and crushing, washing and sorting waste concrete from which soil and foreign materials are removed.
