Abstract: A butterfly valve having an elastic contact sheet is provided to reduce the deformation and abrasion of the sheet to extend the durability and replacement time of components. A butterfly valve having an elastic contact sheet includes a valve body(1), a body sheet(2), a fixing ring(R), a valve disk(3), and a disk sheet(4). The valve body is provided with a movement path(11) and the body sheet. The valve sheet is mounted at the valve disk. The valve disk is installed in the center of the movement path of the valve body to be openable and closeable. A coupling protrusion(21) is formed at a rim of an outer coupling surface of the body sheet. The body sheet includes a first slope surface(22), a second slope surface(22'), and a pressed suspending groove(23). An elastic guidance hole(41) is formed at an upper portion of an inner center of the disk sheet. The fixing ring is installed in a coupling groove(12) of the valve body.

Abstract: 본 발명은 밸브본체의 보디시트에 밀착된 디스크를 개방 시에 디스크를 약간 수평이동시켜 디스크의 디스크시트를 금속제의 보디시트에서 떨어지게한 후 디스크를 회전시켜 열 수 있도록 함으로서 디스크시트와 보디시트의 마찰마모를 감소시킬 수 있도록 함으로서 사용수명을 오래 유지시킬 수 있도록 함과 아울러 밸브시트를 강하게 접촉시켜 누수차단효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 버터플라이 밸브의 디스크 개폐장치에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 버터플라이 밸브는 밸브폐쇄 시에 디스크의 외주면이 보디시트에 접촉되는 접촉력에 의해 누수를 차단하게 된것이다.
이에 따라 디스크를 회전 시 디스크시트와 보디시트의 심한 마찰마모에 의한 누수가 발생됨으로 인하여 사용수명을 단축케 되었으며 이는 보디시트 또는 디스크시트가 고무제로된 것에 비하여 금속제로 되었을 경우 더욱 심하였다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 디스크를 회전시키는 디스크개폐축(6)의 부분에다 경사축(6')을 형성하여 보디시트(2)에 밀착된 디스크(4)의 디스크시트(5)를 보디시트(2)에서 약간 수평으로 이동시켜 떨어지게 한 다음 디스크를 회전시켜 열 수 있도록 함으로서 보디시트(2)와 디스크시트(5)의 마찰마모를 감소시켜 사용수명을 오래 유지시킬 수 있도록 한 버터플라이 밸브의 디스크개폐장치를 제공할 수 있도록 함에 그 목적이 있다.
