    Abstract: The interaction between Ocytetracycline(OTC) and Tiamulin(TML) is measured by testing antibiotic effect of compound of OTC and TML at minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) to multi-resistant microorganism - gram positive and negative bacteria separated from chicken, pig and bull infected by several bacterial disease.     Abstract: A method for extracting and purifying envelope glycoprotein of hog cholera virus (HCV) comprises: (a) fermenting HCV and concentrating, (b) adding 1.5-3 W/V% n-octyl-β-D-blucopyranoside, 0.5-2 V/V% polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate or decanoyl-N-methylglucamide into the concentrated soln., and sonicating, (c) mixing the sonicated soln. with polyoxyethylene ether-100 or polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, (d) reacting the mixt. at 50-60 deg.C for 2 hrs. in the shaker, and (e) concentrating the reacted mixt. and purifying. The obtd. envelope glycoprotein is useful for the protection of animals from HCV infection.
