PURPOSE: A wire data processing device for a remote meter is provided to reduce communication costs by transmitting the next metering data and missed metering data to a metering server together if the metering server does not receive the metering data. CONSTITUTION: A modem transceiver(241) transmits a metering data transmission command and receives metering data and watt hour ID. A metering indicator(242) indicates the collection and transmission of the metering data to the metering server. A storage unit(243) stores the metering data transmitted and received by a wire data processor and the basic information of the watt-hour meter, a private modem, and the metering server. A logic channel functioning unit(246) sets communication channels by allocating a power plant side mode which transmits and receives data and a metering server side modem. A server transceiver(247) transmits metering data to a metering server or receives the setting information and non-received metering data signal from the metering server. A controller(249) controls each component of the wire data processor.

PURPOSE: An electric power system is provided to improve the control analysis technology of an electric power system by using an online system analysis technology. CONSTITUTION: An electric power system comprises a data acquisition part(110), an electric power system monitor(130), and an electric power system analyzer(50). The data acquisition part acquires power system data from the facilities of the electric power system. The electric power system monitor indicates the operational state of the electric power system. The electric power system monitor comprises an alarm server. The alarm server generates an alarm when the operational state of the electric power system is changed. The electric power system analyzer analyzes the electric power system based on data obtained by the data acquisition part.

PURPOSE: An automatic generation control and a developmental plan system for accurately measuring the load rate property value of a generator are provided to prevent unstable of generator due to the change of the generator by transmitting current output value of the generator. CONSTITUTION: An economic dispatch module(510) computes output standard values according to each generator. A reserve calculating module(530) computes the active power reserve of the electric power system. A demand predicting module(550) computes the power demand prediction amount. An AGC unit controls the load change of the electric power system and controls the output of each generator. The automatic generation of electric power controller automatically controls demand and supply quantity based on output standard values.

An apparatus for operating a system in real-time and a method therefor are provided to record a TCP/IP address between terminals connected through plural Internet lines and monitor the malfunction or equipment failure status of an Internet control unit in real time, thereby reporting an Internet line failure status promptly and trying to find a solution to an Internet line failure to reduce the interception of an emergency Internet call. An Internet control unit(200) has plural Internet lines, records a TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) address between terminals connected through the plural Internet lines, and checks a traffic status between the terminals in real time. An automatic line switcher(300) monitors the malfunction or equipment failure status of the Internet control unit in real time and switches the plural Internet lines connected to the Internet control unit automatically. An MMS/SMS(Multimedia Message Service/Short Message Service) server(400) is connected to the automatic line switcher, generates an MMS/SMS message or an E-mail, and transmits the generated MMS/SMS message or the E-mail to the outside. A system and a method for automatically storing call details are provided to enable treatment boards to access a recording device and easily listen to previous recorded call details by recording and storing the call details generated as a call is carried out between a treatment board and a local feeding part, the date and time of the call, the unique information of the treatment board, and the unique information of the local feeding part. A system for automatically storing call details comprises a feeding telephone call control part(200), an automatic line switching unit(300), a treatment board(100), a local feeding part(500), an image sever(600) and a recording device(700). The feeding telephone call control part, which comprises a plurality of feeding telephone lines, records the phone numbers of both ends connected through one of the feeding telephone lines, and checks a call connection state between the two ends in real time. The automatic line switching unit monitors whether the feeding telephone call control part works abnormally, and automatically switches the feeding telephone lines connected to the feeding telephone call control part when a wrong operation is generated. The treatment board, one of the two ends, requests a call connection with the local feeding part through a wired/wireless communication network connected to the feeding telephone call control part. The local feeding part, the other one of the two ends, executes a call with the treatment board through the wired/wireless communication network as the feeding telephone call control part accepts the call connection request. The recording device, connected with the feeding telephone call control part through an Ethernet network, records and stores the details of the call between the treatment board and the local feeding part, the date and time of the call, the unique information of the treatment board, and the unique information of the local feeding part. The image sever is connected to the treatment board, the feeding telephone call control part and the automatic line switching unit, and stores an image call history, an image call data and image call time and the telephones of the treatment board and the local feeding part.
