Abstract: 본 발명은 각종 생활 하수를 유입시켜 정화 처리하기 위한 오수처리장에 설치되어 오수의 슬러지(침전물)를 수거, 일정한 배출장소로 이송시켜 주기 위한 슬러지의 이송장치에 관한 것으로 좀더 상세하게는 오수 저장실의 바닥에 침전된 슬러지를 바스켓 컨베이어를 이용하여 수거한 다음 이를 인계 받아 배출장소로 이송할 수 있도록 슬러지 투입호퍼와 슬러지 배출구가 구비된 순환이 가능한 통로가 형성된 파이프라인을 설치하고 이의 내부에서 체인과 원판형의 이송판으로 구성되는 무단 체인 컨베이어가 순환 이동하면서 이송물을 이송하도록 한 것으로, 슬러지의 이송구조의 혁신적인 단순화가 가능하여 구성 부품수를 대폭적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 것이므로 장치의 제조와 설치가 용이하여 제조원가의 절감은 물론 장치의 점유면적을 감소시켜 장비가 불필요하게 대형화되는 것을 방지하여 보수 관리의 편의성을 기할 수 있으며, 특히 슬러지를 외부로 노출시키지 않고 외부와 차단된 밀폐된 파이프라인의 통로를 이용하여 배출장소까지의 이송이 가능하여 슬러지에서 발생되는 악취의 유출을 방지할 수 있어 작업환경을 개선할 수 있으며 더욱이 파이프라인에 별도의 살수구조와 공기분사구조를 두어 이송과정에서 슬러지의 세정과 건조과정을 거치도록 하여 외부로 배출되기 전에 악취의 제거와 최종처리과정에 적합하도록 한 뒤 배출될 수 있도록 한 것이다.
