Abstract:
A thermo-responsive hydrogel, including a biocompatible monomer and/or polymer having an amino acid side chain. The hydrogel is thermo-responsive at a physiological temperature, and can include, incorporate, or encapsulate a treatment agent, such as a drug composition, a biomolecule, and/or a nanoparticle. The hydrogel is useful in delivering the treatment agent. The hydrogel is in a first physicochemical state for administration to a mammal. The hydrogel is thermo-responsive at a physiological temperature of the mammal, and changes to a second physicochemical state that is more solid than the first physicochemical state. In the second physicochemical state the thermo-responsive hydrogel releases the treatment agent.
Abstract:
A pilot and channel estimation method for SDMA MIMO transmission downlink is provided in the present invention, and the method provides possibility for saving the orthogonal pilot resources; the pilot signals of different users in the transmitting antenna domain can occupy the same time-frequency resources, and thereby the pilot overhead of system resources can be reduced greatly; the method includes: for the MIMO transmission downlink that employs pre-coding for SDMA, taking the quantity of orthogonal pilot resources occupied by the users in the pre-coding domain as the number of data streams that can be transmitted or the number of spatial dimensions occupied first, at the transmitting end of the base station; then, performing SDMA transmission pre-coding for the orthogonal pilots in the pre-coding domain in the same way as the data signals, to obtain the pilot signals of the users in the transmitting antenna domain; wherein, the pilots of the users in the pre-coding domain can be orthogonal in the frequency domain or code domain, and the pilots of different users in the pre-coding domain can be identical or not identical to each other; the pilot signals of different users in the transmitting antenna domain can occupy the same time-frequency resources.
Abstract:
A pre-drying system for lignite, including an inner heating fluid bed dryer including at least one built-in heat exchanger, a feeding device, a second discharging valve, and at least one stage of dust collecting device. The built-in heat exchanger is connected to saturated vapor, and to a condensate system. A fluid bed of the inner heating fluid bed dryer is connected to superheated vapor. Exhaust vapor of the inner heating fluid bed dryer is processed by the dust collecting device, and then a part thereof returns to the fluid bed, and another part thereof is evacuated.

The engaging opening is defined in the other of the audio player and the speaker. The engaging portion is detachably engaged in the engaging opening.
Abstract:
Novel non-steroidal compounds are provided which are useful in treating diseases or disorders associated with modulation of the glucocorticoid receptor, AP-1, and/or NF-κB activity, including metabolic and inflammatory and immune diseases or disorders, having the structure of formula (I): an enantiomer, diastereomer, or tautomer thereof, or a prodrug ester thereof, or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof, in which: Z is heterocyclo or heteroaryl; -A is a 5- to 8-membered carbocyclic ring or a 5- to 8-membered heterocyclic ring; B1 and B2 rings are pyridyl rings, wherein the B1 and B2 rings are each fused to the A ring and the B1 ring is optionally substituted by one to three groups which are the same or different and are independently selected from R1, R2, and R4, and the B2 ring is optionally substituted by one to three groups which are the same or different and are independently selected from R3, R7, and R3 71, J2, and J3 are at each occurrence the same or different and are independently -AIQA2-; Q is a bond, O, S, S(0), or S(O)2; A1 and A2 are the same or different and are at each occurrence independently selected from a bond, C1-3 alkylene, substituted C1-3 alkylene, C24 alkenylene, and substituted C24 alkenylene, provided that A1 and A2 are chosen so that ring A is a 5- to 8-membered carbocyclic or heterocyclic ring; R1 to R11 are as defined herein.
Abstract:
A toy includes a head, a tongue, and a driving unit. The head includes a skull, an upper jaw fixed to the skull, and a lower jaw rotatably coupled to the skull and facing the upper jaw to cooperatively define an oral cavity. The tongue received in the oral cavity includes a tongue tip and a guiding rod assembly. The driving unit includes a driving shaft fixed to the skull, a rotatable disk rotatably coupled to the driving shaft, a first lever pivotally coupled between the rotatable disk and the lower jaw, a second lever pivotally coupled between the rotatable disk and the guiding rod assembly and a motor. One end of the guiding rod assembly is received in the tongue. The motor drives the rotatable disk to rotate such that the lower jaw rotates away from the upper jaw and the tongue tip protrudes out from the oral cavity.
Abstract:
Described is a method for power sharing of a display wall, in particular of a LED display wall having a plurality of display modules, and a plurality of N power supply units, each for driving a number of display modules, whereby during a failure of a first power supply unit of the plurality of N power supply units, the outputs of other power supply units are linked together such that the module or modules driven by the first and failed power supply continue(s) to operate, by redistribution of power from the other power supply units. Power sharing is also described in the context of a method for controlling the status of a display wall, in particular of a LED display wall, controlled by a central unit. The method includes collecting status and/or diagnostic information of the display wall inputted to the central unit; converting the status and/or diagnostic information to a picture; and displaying the picture on the display wall.
