PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality microphone unit which has a small external form and can eliminate deep noise, a voice input device, and an information processing system. SOLUTION: A microphone unit 1 includes: a housing 10 which has an inner space 100; a partition member 20 which is provided in the housing and divides the inner space into a first space 102 and a second space 104, the partition member 20 being at least partially formed of a diaphragm 30; and an electrical signal output circuit 40 which outputs an electrical signal based on vibrations of the diaphragm. In the housing 10, a first through hole 12 through which the first space 102 communicates with an outer space of the housing and a second through hole 104 through which the second space 104 communicates with the outer space are formed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed and highly sensitive enzyme sensor with a simple structure, which performs detection using inhibition of enzymatic activity by a detection target substance, and to provide a measuring method.SOLUTION: An enzyme sensor 10 includes: multiple sensor parts Se; and a peelable seal part 16 provided for blocking, from the outside, at least a part of the sensor parts Se among the multiple sensor parts Se. The multiple sensor parts Se comprising sensor parts which are blocked from the outside by the seal part and sensor parts which are not blocked from the outside are immersed in liquid containing a detection target substance. Subsequently, the seal part is peeled and the multiple sensor parts are immersed in liquid containing a substrate.
