    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively simplify the structure so as to lower the cost by holding a control means at a first position, in which a flexible sheet is not elongated, and a second position, in which the flexible sheet is elongated. SOLUTION: A flexible sheet 3 is made of a cloth, which can be freely extended and shrunk and which is translucent when is elongated and which is not transparent when it is loosened. An operating cord 21 as a control means is elevated in a movable rail 5 through pole chain driving devices 23, 25 provided in an opening of a window, and in the case where the cord 21 is not operated, a driving shaft 33 is frictionally engaged with a fitting bracket 11 by a brake mechanism 35. At the time of elongation of the sheet 3 positioned at a lower position, the operating cord 37 as a control means is operated so as to de-energize a clutch device 39, and a roller 1 is separately rotated from a common driving shaft 33, and the movable rail 5 is held at an adjusted position so as to pull the sheet 3, and the condition that the sheet 3 is elongated so as to adjust the beam is thereby obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce the thickness of a panel member composed of hinge-joined sheet members and to enable the member to maintain sufficient strength and rigidity, and then to make manufacture of the member easy and to be housed and transported, while the member is wound up. CONSTITUTION: Such a panel system as a temporary ceiling is constituted of a plurality of narrow and long panel members arranged in parallel. Each panel member is composed of three narrow and long slats 1, 2, and 3 which are arranged in parallel and joined with a flexible tape 4 along their adjacent edge sections. Although the panel member can be housed easily, the member turns into a coil-like state when the member is flattened, but for installation in a ceiling, the outside slats 2 and 3 are folded perpendicular to the central slat 1, so as to provide necessary rigidity.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To secure the characteristics and advantages of a blind and handing cloth by adjusting the relative positions of a sheet and cloth with a vane, moving the sheet or the like for opening or closing a covering assembly, and adjusting the quantity of light. CONSTITUTION: A covering assembly is formed by translucent sheets 10 and 12 being extended vertically with a parallel interval, and a vertical vane 14 with a parallel interval in a vertical direction between the sheets 10 and 12. In this case, a vane 14 is adjusted between the open and closed positions of the interval of the sheets 10 and 12, thus adjusting the amount of light transmission of the covering assembly. Also, the vane 14 is inclined on a track rail for suspending the covering body via a series of mounting bodies for fitting, and the vane 14 is extended over an opening by separating the mounting bodies. Then, the mounting bodies are deposited toward one end of a track rail and are folded in a shrinkage state, thus rotating the vane 14 with a vertical axis as a center and adjusting the reception of light, supporting the stability of the sheet in the direction of a diagonal line, and preventing warpage and twisting from occurring.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To rotate a blind through a specified angle or more by winding two flexible members of a radar means on a tilt roll, extending down from the different opposite lateral outermost points of the tilt roll tilting roll to be extended downward from the outermost point. CONSTITUTION: Flexible members 14, 16 of a radar means are connected to each other by a cross material 15, and wound by about quarter of the periphery of the roll 10 at the uppermost points 18, 20 of the peripheral edge of the tilt roll 10.
