The measuring tape 10 includes a center part 10c, one end part 10a, and the other end part 10b in a shorter-side direction SD, and is bent. An opening part 20a includes: a first recess part 21 provided so as to project in a first direction D1 from one end of a bottom part 23 in a second direction D2 which crosses the first direction D1 where the bottom part 23 and a ceiling part 24 faces each other; and a second recess part 22 provided so as to project in the first direction D1 from the other end of the bottom part 23 in the second direction D2. The central part 10c is arranged apart from the bottom part 23 in the first direction D1 in a state that the one end part 10a is supported by the first recess part 21, and the other end part 10b is supported by the second recess part 22.
