Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for distinguishing energy bands of photons, which miniaturize a photon counting detector to distinguish energy bands of photons in multi-energy radiation for providing a high resolution image.SOLUTION: The apparatus for distinguishing energy bands of photons, which distinguishes and counts photons in multi-energy radiation incident onto a sensor with respect to each energy band and includes a readout circuit, includes: an integrator configured to receive and accumulate an electric signal from the sensor, that has undergone photoelectric conversion from a photon; a comparator configured to compare the electric signal accumulated by the integrator with one of a plurality of threshold values; and a signal processor configured to instruct sequential switching from one of the plurality of threshold values to another one of the plurality of threshold values according to the comparison result and output a digital signal that distinguishes an energy band of the photon on the basis of results of sequential comparisons with respective switched threshold values, which are inputted from the comparator.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene electronic element including a multilayered gate insulating layer.SOLUTION: The graphene electronic element includes the multilayered gate insulating layer composed of an organic insulating layer and an inorganic insulating layer, between a graphene channel layer and a gate electrode. The organic insulating layer maintains the original characteristics of the graphene channel layer by suppressing adsorption of impurities on the graphene channel layer. The organic insulating layer is disposed between the inorganic insulating layer and the graphene channel layer. The organic insulating layer contains a fluorine-based polymer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo-curable transparent resin composition, which is photo-cationically polymerizable and the cured product of which has high curing density and retains excellent mechanical properties, thermal-mechanical properties, and electrical properties.SOLUTION: The photo-curable transparent resin composition is produced by adding an oxetane monomer, for promotion of photocuring, control of viscosity, and improvement of physical properties, to a cationic photopolymerizable alicyclic epoxy group-containing oligosiloxane resin produced by a sol-gel reaction.

The high resolution image obtaining apparatus may divide an input image frame into a background region and foreground region and apply an optimized resolution enhancement algorithm to each region, thereby effectively obtaining a high resolution image frame with respect to the input image frame.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fabricating a pattern, more particularly, a method for fabricating a pattern using laser.SOLUTION: A method for fabricating a pattern includes: a first step for forming a metal organic ink layer (20) on a substrate; a second step for curing the metal organic ink layer (20) in semi-solid state; a third step in which the semi-solid metal organic ink layer (20) is irradiated with laser beam and the portion irradiated is cured in solid state to form a pattern; and a fourth step for removing the semi-solid metal organic ink layer (20) to leave only the pattern.
