Abstract:
A filling unit (1) for filling containers (90) of a first type, such as bottles, and for filling containers (95) of a second type, such as cans, with a liquid substance (99). The filling unit (1) comprises: a resting plate (12) for a container to be filled; a housing (2) which faces towards the plate (12) and is configured to receive a mouth of the container; a dispenser (3) which opens onto the housing (2) and faces the plate (12), so as to dispense the liquid substance (99) towards the container; a valve (4) which is controllable for allowing and preventing the liquid substance (99) to be dispensed from the dispenser (3). The plate (12) is movable towards or, vice versa, away from the dispenser (3), The housing (2) comprises a bottom wall (24), on which the dispenser (3) opens, and a lateral wall (25), formed at least partly by an annular body (6) that is movable relative to the bottom wall (24), moving towards or, vice versa, away from the plate (12), The housing (2) is fitted with a first annular gasket (21) and a second annular gasket (22): the first annular gasket (21) is smaller in size than the second annular gasket (22) and is positioned on the bottom wall (24); the second annular gasket (22) is mounted on the annular body (6). After a container (90) of the first type has been positioned on the plate (12), the plate (12) is moved towards the dispenser (3) to bring the mouth (91) of the container (90) into contact with the first annular gasket (21). After a container (95) of the second type has been positioned on the plate (12), the annular body (6) of the housing (2) is moved towards the plate (12) to bring the second annular gasket (22) into contact with the mouth (96) of the container (95).
Abstract:
A device (1) for feeding self-adhesive or "pressure sensitive" labels to a labelling machine comprises a frame (2) and supporting means (3) comprising a supporting plate (17) for supporting a reel (4) of web (5) with labels applied to it, and also comprises at least one guide element (28, 29) designed to be at least partly inserted in a central hole (7) of the reel (4) which can rotate about it. The device (1) also comprises a detaching station (8) for detaching the labels from the web (5), feeding means (9) for feeding the web (5) to the detaching station (8) and recovery means (10) for recovering the web (5) without labels. The supporting plate (17) is removably associated with the frame (2) and the supporting means (3) also comprise a containment head (30) switchable between an open configuration, in which it allows the coupling with and uncoupling from the frame (2) of the supporting plate (17), with the reel (4) placed on it, and an operating configuration, in which it allows the reel (4) to be held between itself and the supporting plate (17), allowing reel (4) rotation.
Abstract:
A support plate for a carrousel machine comprising a seat (16) for housing a lower portion of a bottle, an elastically deformable locking body (22) at the lateral wall of the seat (16), and a deforming unit (23) movable between an inactive position in which it allows the locking body (22) to adopt a home configuration, and an active position, in which it mechanically acts on the at least one locking body (22) and keeps it in a deformed configuration in which it projects towards the inside of the seat (16) to adhere to a lateral surface of the bottle. The insertion of a bottle into the seat (16) causes the passage of the deforming unit (23) from the inactive position to the active position and of the locking body (22) to the deformed configuration.
Abstract:
A transferring unit for transferring caps (82) comprising: a magazine (29); a housing device (7), (8) comprising a first supporting element (31), a first receiving element of a first typology (32) and one of a second typology (33); a movement device (30) comprising a second supporting element (36); a second receiving element of a first typology (37) and one of a second typology (39); a transferring device (10) comprising a movable arm (41). The transferring unit (2) is switchable between a working configuration, in which the transferring device (10) picks up the caps (82) from the first receiving element and positions them on the second receiving element, and a format change-over configuration, in which the movable arm (41) swaps over the first receiving elements, and swaps over the second receiving elements.
Abstract:
A machine (100) for filling containers (90) of a first type, such as bottles, and for filling containers (95) of a second type, such as cans, with a liquid substance. The machine (100) comprises a carousel filler (1), a first device (11) for loading the containers onto the carousel filler (1), a second device (12) for removing the containers (90) of the first type from the carousel filler (1), a third device (3) for removing the containers (95) of the second type from the carousel filler (1). Each filling unit (2) comprises a plate (21), which forms a resting surface (210) for a container to be filled, and a filling head (22) that is configured to fill containers (90) of the first type and to fill containers (95) of the second type. The first device (11), the second device (12) and the third device (3) are positioned in respective angular positions on the circumferential path (15) of the carousel filler (1), relative to which the third device (3) is in an angular position interposed between the first device (11) and the second device (12). The third device (3) is configured to assume an operating condition, in which the third device (3) removes the container that is located on a plate (21) passing through the angular position of the third device (3), and a non-operating condition, in which in use the third device (3) allows the container on the passing-through plate (21) to continue the path towards the second device (12).
Abstract:
This disclosure relates to a labelling machine (1), comprising a carousel (3) rotatably mounted a supporting frame (2) in such a way that it can rotate about a first axis of rotation (30) and a plurality of supporting elements (4) for articles to be labelled (9). The supporting elements (4) are mounted on the periphery of the carousel (3) and are able to rotate about respective second axes of rotation (40). The machine (1) is characterised in that it comprises an operating unit (55) which is mounted on a rotary support (6) mounted on the supporting frame (2). The support (6) is able to rotate about a third axis of rotation (60) which is at a distance, along a radial line, from the first axis of rotation (30). The carousel (3) is movable relative to the third axis of rotation (60) and the operating unit (55), which is rotatable together with the rotary support (6), is designed to perform an operation on a lateral surface of an article (9) which is on its operating line when the article (9), positioned on a respective supporting element (4), passes near to the operating unit (55) during the rotation of the carousel (3). The rotation of the rotary support (6) about the third axis of rotation (60) is coordinated with the rotation of the carousel (3) about the first axis of rotation (30), whereby, in use, the rotation of the rotary support (6) about the third axis of rotation (60) keeps the operating unit (55) with the operating line towards the article to be labelled (9) along a stretch of angular movement of the carousel (3) about the first axis of rotation (30).
