SOLUTION: The switching mechanism includes a metal plate seat, a first spring, a metal plate, a concave groove, a push bar, and a fixing hook. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder for properly preventing pickup of paper in a feed channel or picking up the paper in the feed channel, by incorporating a stopper member cooperating with a pickup arm. SOLUTION: This feeder includes a case including the feed channel for placing the paper, and the pickup arm arranged on the upper end of the feed channel and used for work for picking up the paper in advance by lowering up to a second position by preparing the pickup by being lifted up to a first position. The stopper member is arranged on the lower end of the feed channel, and also includes a spin part and a stopper part, and the stopper part also include a fork. When moving the pickup arm up to the first position, a projection part is positioned in a swing passage of the fork, and limits a swing range of the stopper part. SOLUTION: A scanner 100 comprises a light source 110, an optical sensor module 150, a gain amplifier 160 and a signal processing module 170. The light source 110 comprises a cold cathode fluorescent tube 115, a light emitting diode module 120, an optical sensor 125, a servo control module 130 and a light emitting diode drive module 135 and a cold cathode fluorescent tube drive module 140. Just after the start of the scanner 100, the servo control module 130 drives the light emitting diode module 120 by controlling the light emitting diode drive module 135 via a first control signal CS1 and then drives the cold cathode fluorescent tube 115 by controlling the cold cathode fluorescent tube drive module 140 via a second control signal CS2. SOLUTION: The feeder device includes a scanning module 207, a roll 202 for paper pickup, first output roll set 203, second output roll set 204, first channel 208, second channel 209, third channel 210, input tray 201, first output tray 205, and second output tray 206. The first output tray 205 is used as a reverse section, and the scanning module 207 is arranged on the automatic feeder device, thereby using the automatic feeder device without aligning the scanner of a platform. The inclination detection module includes a first trigger edge and a first inclination detector, and the first trigger edge is formed at the upper edge of the first inclination detector. In the case of the installation of the first trigger edge, when the wheel module operates to a vertical direction, a fixed interval between the first trigger edge and the wheel module is held, and when the wheel module is inclined to the first direction, the wheel module is brought into contact with the first trigger edge as the interval is made short so as to trigger the first inclination detector.
