    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for executing a sterilization treatment through the neck of the uterus which causes embolyzation by exactly imparting a high- frequency energy and heating the blood in the blood vessel up to a temp. controlled for the purpose of thrombus formation until the blood vessel is hermetically closed. SOLUTION: The device 20 for causing embolyzation by way of a catheter by executing contraception operation through the neck of the uterus by a bipolar RF catheter 21 controlled to form a thermally injured part 22 in the uterne tube 23 or thrombolic blood vessel has the catheter 21 having a patient end 24 slender along its axial line. A connector disposed at one end of the catheter 21 on the side opposite to the patient end 24 has a terminal 6 for RF impartation and monitor and is formed to such a shape that a surgeon can make operation while the catheter is arranged and withdrawn.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to start and stop the flow of inactive gas to a standard electric surgery pencil during an electrical surgery operation. SOLUTION: By operating an electric surgery energy request button of an electric surgery pencil 13, the flow of electric surgery energy from an electric surgery generator 11 and the flow of inactive gas from the flow control valve of an gaseous surgery unit 26 are supplied at a time. An automatic switch 16 connected to an energy source 14 is opened and closed by the energy flow when a surgeon operates the electric surgery energy request button, the flow control valve of the gaseous surgery unit 26 is activated to control the inactive gas to the pencil, and the electric surgery generator 11 is activated and energy is supplied to the pencil.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to correct errors with suitable algorithms and efficiently control the frequency by using an original control loop including a feedback piezoelectric crystal in combination with a piezoelectric transducer in a control system for monitoring which is suitable for a surgical hand piece. SOLUTION: A surgical hand piece comprises a piezoelectric crystal transducer 3 for generating ultrasonic wave. The transducer 3 is controlled by an electrical apparatus having a phase simultaneity loop 12 sending the output signal of a feedback piezoelectric crystal 5 to a voltage control oscillator 1 through a phase comparator 8 and a loop-filter 10. The electrical apparatus further comprises an RMS-DC-converter 15 inputting the output signal of the feedback piezoelectric crystal 5, an adding node 17 and an automatic gain control loop 13 consisting an error amplifier 19 and a limiter circuit 21. The electrical apparatus outputs control signals in correspondence with the deviation of the output signals of loops 12, 13.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an electric surgical device used for coagulating or cutting a tissue having less electricity leakage. CONSTITUTION: The device is equipped with an electrically insulated housing, a hand operated electric surgical pencil with an electrode that has an end part forming a top, a supplying means that supplies high-frequency alternating current energy from a generator to tissue through an electrode, a complete circuit that transmits the electric energy back to the generator, and switches 3, 4, 5, 6, that select cut mode or coagulation mode installed in a housing lock. The switches connect the generator with a low voltage direct current circuit that provides the control signals to the cut mode or the coagulation mode. Therefore, an expectant high-frequency alternating energy is supplied from the current generator to the electrode, and the current leakage is restrained.
