    Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection cylinder device is provided to prevent the fault of articles by precisely controlling the acceleration and deceleration of melting metal to be injected into a cavity when forming the article using a die casting machine. CONSTITUTION: An injection cylinder device comprises a main cylinder(10), a piston(20) and an auxiliary cylinder(30). The main cylinder(10) has cylindrical space sections(11, 11') in order to reciprocate the piston(20) having a piston rod(21) in the cylindrical space sections(11, 11') with a predetermined stroke. First and second hydraulic pressure supplying ports(12, 13), which are installed at one side of the main cylinder(10), are communicated with the space sections(11, 11'). In addition, a hydraulic passage(14), which is adjacent to a rear end of a hydraulic passage(31) of the auxiliary cylinder(30), is arranged at the other side of the main cylinder(10). The auxiliary cylinder(30) has a diameter smaller than a diameter of a hydraulic passage(31) formed in the piston rod(21).
