PURPOSE: A meltblown non-woven fabric of ultra micro-fiber is provided to ensure excellent hygroscopicity and to be used in a cosmetic sheet mask. CONSTITUTION: A meltblown non-woven fabric of ultra micro-fiber is fabricated by ultra micro-fiber prepared by meltblown process of thermoplastic polymers selected from the group consisting of polypropylene(PP), polyester(PET), polyamide(PA), polyethylene(PE), polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), and polylactic acid(PLA). The non-woven fabric has monolayer structure. The meltblown non-woven fabric of ultra micro-fiber has 5-80g/m^2 of basic weight.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing plant extract comprises a high pressure enzymetic decomposition technique(HPED technique) performed using ingredients at 400-800MPa. The ingredients are green tea, bamboo, or Coix mayuen roman. The enzyme is amylase, protease, glycosidase, lactase, sucrase, maltase. The method further comprises step of filtering and diluting the extract. A cosmetic composition contains 0.000001-10 weight% of plant extract as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for antioxidation, whitening, and moisturizing contains 0.000001-10 weight% of green tea or bamboo extract as an active ingredient.
