PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening or anti-wrinkle is provided to ensure excellent skin whitening and to improve anti-wrinkle. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin whitening or anti-wrinkle contains 0.01-99.5 weight% of bamboo sap and 0.001-20 weight% of lipoic acid, tocopherol, coenzyme Q 10, selenium, or vitamin A or C. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin lotion, milk lotion, massage cream, pack, gel, or skin attachment type formulation.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for skin moisturization containing Cornus officinalis fermentation extract is provided to prevent dermatitis occurrence and to recover injured skin barrier function. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for skin moiturization contains Cormus officinalis fermentation extract as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for skin moisturization contains 0.0001-30 weight% of Cormus officinalis fermentation extract. The Cormus officinalis extract is obtained using water, alcohol, or ethyl ether. The Cormus officinalis extract fermentation is obtained by adding yeast and lactobaciilus to the Cormus officinalis extract, culturing and fermenting. The yeast is Saccharomyces sp., Schizosaccharomyces sp., Torulopsis sp., Rhodotorula sp., or Candida sp. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of skin ointment, skin, lotion, massage cream, essence, pack, emulsion, or oil gel.

PURPOSE: A composition containing a bamboo sap extract fermented with salt is provided to enhance the content of active ingredients in bamboo sap and to enhance skin whitening, anti-aging, and moisturizing effects. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition contains 0.001-50.0 wt% of bamboo sap extract fermented with salt as an active ingredient. The composition is used for anti-aging, whitening, and moisturizing. The extract is prepared by adding 10-30 wt% of salt to bamboo sap, maturing, fermenting, and extracting with water or organic solvent. The salt is sodium chloride, bay salt, halite, and bamboo salt. The fermentation is performed at 4-40 deg. C for 30 days to 6 years. The extract is methanol, ethanol, glycerin, ethyl acetate, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dichlormethane, or hexane.
