Abstract: PURPOSE: A plant concentration particle is provided to enable users to dissolve the particle which contains more than 50% of concentrated plant extract into high concentration regardless of the temperature. CONSTITUTION: A plant concentration particle contains 30-70 wt% of concentrated plant extract. The particle also contains dextrin. The particle has improved solubility. Plants for producing the particle include ginseng and fruits. The dextrin is selected from maltodextrin, branched dextrin, or porous dextrin. The ginseng is selected from red ginseng, white ginseng, mountain ginseng, woods grown ginseng, or mountain cultivated ginseng. A concentrated ginseng extract contains 60-90 wt% of ginseng solid contents. The particle is in a powder form or a granule form.
