Abstract:
본 발명은 바닥재의 최상부층인 PVC 표면층에 요철을 특정 두께 이상으로 형성하여 미끄러짐을 효과적으로 방지할 뿐 아니라 치수안정성까지 갖춘 비닐 바닥재를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 상기 비닐 바닥재 구성은 위로부터 PVC 표면층, PVC 베이스층 및 백킹층으로 이루어진 비닐 바닥재에 있어서, 상기 PVC 표면층에는 요철이 70 ~ 160 ㎛의 두께로 형성된 것이거나, 혹은 그라스 페이퍼, 그라스 직포, 그라스 부직포로부터 선택된 1종 이상으로 형성된 치수보강층을 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 마찰계수, 거칠기 등의 팩터 뿐 아니라 실제 경사로의 각도까지 감안함으로써 미끄러짐을 효과적으로 방지할 뿐 아니라 환경변화에 의해서도 치수안정성이 개선된 비닐 바닥재를 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
광촉매가 코팅된 직물 바닥재 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 광촉매가 코팅된 직물 바닥재 제조방법은, (a) 하측으로부터 상측으로 습기 차단 부재, 발포 부재 및 결합력 증가 부재를 순차적으로 적층시킨 후 오븐을 통과시켜 발포시키는 단계; (b) 유리 섬유 부재를 함침조에서 함침시킨 후 겔화시키는 단계; (c) 상기 겔화된 유리 섬유 부재와 표면 처리 부재를 1차적으로 래미네이션하는 단계; (d) 상기 (c) 단계를 거쳐 형성된 맞붙임 부재와, 상기 (a) 단계를 거쳐 형성된 발포 성형 부재를 2차적으로 래미네이션하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계를 거쳐 형성된 최종 맞붙임 부재에 자외선 경화형 도료를 코팅한 후 경화 처리하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 표면 처리 부재의 표면에는 광촉매가 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 직물 바닥재의 표면을 광촉매 코팅 처리함으로써, 제품 자체의 표면 오염 방지를 한층 증가시켰으며 더불어 직물 바닥재가 시공된 실내 공간의 공기를 정화시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A long fabric sheet-type flooring material including a transfer-printed layer at the bottom of a fabric layer is provided to include a fabric layer on the surface layer of a flooring material which is in the form of a long sheet type, thereby reproducing natural texture, tactility, and appearance of a fabric itself. CONSTITUTION: A long fabric sheet-type flooring material including a transfer-printed layer at the bottom of a fabric layer comprises a sub-layer(30) including a release layer(33), a foam layer, and a interleaving layer(31) which are successively laminated from the bottom; a base layer(20) laminated on the top of the interleaving layer; and a surface layer(10) including a transfer-printed layer(13) laminated on the top of the base layer, a fabric layer(12) laminated on the top of the transfer-printed layer, and a surface treatment layer(11) laminated on the top of the fabric layer. The fabric layer is provided with the transfer-printed layer characterized by film transfer printing.

PURPOSE: An inlaid floor material of polyvinyl chloride chip and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance not only durability but also dimensional stability as well as balance of product, and adhesive force of construction bottom surface than before. CONSTITUTION: Polyvinyl chloride chip inlaid floor material comprises inlaid chip layer formed in a chip of polyvinyl chloride; ultraviolet paint layer formed and coated on top surface of inlaid chip layer; and a dimension reinforcing layer comprised of fabric, attached, and high pressured in bottom side of inlaid chip layer. A dimension enforcement layer is comprised of plain weave manufactured through a refining process of high temperature. A dimension enforcement layer comprises lattice of width and length 1x1 mm size. A manufacturing method of inlaid floor material of polyvinyl chloride chip comprises a step of transferring dimension reinforcing member(160) consisting of fabric; a step of coating polyvinyl chloride chip(170) in upper side of dimension reinforcing member; a step of preheating formed center molding material(180); a step of compressing center molding material with top and bottom; a step of solidifying after doing coating ultraviolet stiffening paint on upper side of formed final molding material(190). PURPOSE: A leather seat floor material and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to eliminate problems in dimensional stability by preventing moisture from being permeated into a floor material using a surface processing member. CONSTITUTION: A moisture blocking member(110) blocks the moisture of a floor. A foam layer(120) provides a nice cushion. A coherence enhancement member(130) is included on the foam layer and improves coherence with the foam layer. A glass fiber(140) provides the function of dimensional stability. A surface processing member(150) is attached on the glass fiber and offers a touching sense to the appearance of leather.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Non-slip vinyl flooring and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve dimensional stability by forming an uneven part on a PVC surface layer, in other word the topmost layer of a floor material, into over a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION: A PVC surface layer, a PVC base layer, and a backing layer are successively formed from above. An uneven part is formed into a thickness of 70-160μm on the PVC surface layer. The uneven part is formed using an Embo roll. The weighing of a dimensional reinforcement layer is formed in 25-100g/m2. The dimension stiffening layer is formed by impregnating a PVC sol on one or more kinds of a glass paper, a woven-fabric, and a glass non-woven fabric.
