Abstract: 본 발명은 굴절률이 우수한 백라이트 유닛 광학필름 및 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 열전사 패턴 방식을 적용하여 패턴을 형성한 광학필름에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 광학필름 및 제조장치에 의하면, 양면 패턴 형성 및 고휘도 제품의 생산이 가능하며, 10㎛ 이하의 미세패턴 형성이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 공정이 단순하여 패턴의 재현성이 높으며, 불량율이 낮은 광학필름을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 초기 패턴 마스터 제작 비용 외의 추가비용이 들지 않고, 소모품의 공급이 필요치 않으므로 공정 단가가 낮으며, 환경 유해 물질이 생성되지 않는 광학필름을 제공할 수 있으며, 또한 본 발명에 따라 기존 코팅공정에 의해 패턴이 형성된 광학필름에 비하여 최소 20%이상 굴절률이 상승한 고굴절률의 광학필름을 제공할 수 있다.
