Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying a bubble into a water tank, the apparatus including: an inlet, to which water of a water tank is introduced, provided on a bubble supply tank; an outlet provided on the bubble supply tank to supply a bubble generated from the bubble supply tank along with the water in the bubble supply tank to the water tank; an axial flow generating wing, which generates a water flow from a front end to a rear end of a rotating shaft in the water inside the bubble supply tank, fixedly circumscribed to a front end of the rotating shaft installed in the water inside the bubble supply tank; a gas outlet provided adjacent to an upstream of the axial flow generating wing; a centrifugal generating wing, which forces the bubble to move radially outward by providing a centrifugal force to the bubble discharged from the gas outlet and the moving water inside the bubble supply tank, fixedly circumscribed to the rotating shaft in the bubble supply tank adjacent to the axial flow generating wing; a bubble cutting unit, which is a fixture, provided in the bubble supply tank and spaced apart from the centrifugal generating wing by a predetermined distance in a radially outward direction to enclose the centrifugal generating wing and having slit protrusions and slit holes alternately formed along a circumferential direction in a constant interval; a cover plate, to which a plurality of wings are fixed to a bottom surface to prevent water swirls from forming inside the bubble supply tank from the centrifugal generating wing, circumscribed on the other side of the rotating shaft in the bubble supply tank as a fixture by interposing a bearing; and a removable cap provided on the bubble supply tank to suspend and support the cover plate, the bubble cutting unit, and the rotating axis.

Abstract: Disclosed is a winding apparatus for a wire former installed on the end portion of the wire former to wind the wire formed from the wire former. The winding apparatus for a wire former includes: a bobbin for winding a wire; a wire proximity sensor for sensing the wire approaching one of the both corners of the bobbin; a wire handling wheel, positioned close to the bobbin, for ultimately maintaining and handling the wire winded to the bobbin; an operation frame having the wire handling wheel installed on the front end; and an actuator for moving the wire handling wheel by operating the operation frame based on the signals of the wire proximity sensor.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable coffee filter capable of adjusting concentration. The coffee filter includes a container made of a transparent plastic material and formed in the shape of a plastic bag having a circular or elliptical bottom surface, an upper end portion thereof being able to be opened or closed by a fastener; and a filter paper disposed in an upper portion of the container and formed in the shape of a truncated cone with the flat bottom surface receiving coffee powder and the side extending from the bottom surface to have a width gradually widened toward an upward direction. An upper end portion of the side is configured to be adhered and fixed to the inner surface of the container at a position adjacent to the position of the fastener. Therefore, the coffee filter can be easily carried and used, and can adjust the concentration according to the number of people.

Abstract: A needle material manufacturing device is disclosed. The needle material manufacturing device comprises: a metal wire supply part; a metal wire cutting part for manufacturing multiple needle materials by cutting a metal wire continuously supplied by the metal wire supply part; and a needle material storage part for temporarily storing the multiple needle materials discharged from the metal wire cutting part. The needle material storage part comprises: a stationary frame; a rotary frame installed by a central rotation shaft to be rotated relative to the stationary frame; and multiple buckets circularly arranged on the central rotation shaft and installed on the rotary frame to be rotated. Each bucket comprises an upper open part and a bottom part having a length corresponding to the length of the needle materials and a width narrower than the length of the needle materials. The width from the upper open part and the bottom part is gradually narrowed to form a trapezoidal cross-section. The buckets are moved to a position for receiving the needle materials by the rotation of the rotary frame.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A metal base short-circuit detection system of a shielding sheet lamination process is provided to minimize waste and loss of materials by stopping a manufacturing process of a shielding sheet by generating a conduction signal in case of a short-circuit of a metal base. CONSTITUTION: A metal base(120) is supplied to a sheet lamination unit(130) through a rewinder(110). The sheet lamination unit forms a shielding sheet(133) by laminating a PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate) tape(131) on the top and bottom of the metal base. A conductive ground plate(140) is installed in a lower part of the front of the sheet lamination unit. An adhesive is interposed between the metal base and the PET tape. A control unit(150) stops a manufacturing process of the shielding sheet in case of input of a conduction signal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cutting case is provided to collect cucumber fall onto the ground by cutting automatically on time through making a lamp or an alarm operating once a cutter blade is operated. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit is formed to detect the growth state of cucumber at the bottom part of a case. A cutting unit(130) cuts the stem of the cucumber by receiving a signal from the sensor unit installed at a cucumber stem inlet(114) in the upper part of the case. The cutting unit comprises a cutter blade, a small motor, and a power supply unit. The cutting unit operates a lamp or an alarm after the cutter blade is operated.
