Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic sealing apparatus for containers is provided to improve convenience and efficiency of production by performing rapid sealing and cutting through the automated process. CONSTITUTION: An automatic sealing apparatus for containers comprises a container holder(130), supporting stands(101,102), a first transfer unit(300), a supply roll(151), a winding roll(152), a second transfer unit(500), a fusing part(160), a third transfer unit(600), and a controller. A container(110) with open top is loaded in the container holder. A rail in which the container holder is slid is installed on the inner side of the supporting stands. The first transfer unit transfers the container holder back and forth. The supply roll supplies a sealing film to the top of the container holder. The sealing film rolled on the supply roll is wound on the winding roll. The second transfer unit transfers the fixed length of the sealing film by rotating the winding roll. The fusing part welds the sealing film to the perimeter of the top opening of the container and cuts it into a predetermined form. The third transfer unit transfers the fusing part up and down. The controller controls the first transfer unit, the second transfer unit, and the third transfer unit.

Abstract: An apparatus for wrapping a disposable container is provided to improve the productivity of a wrapping work through a vinyl feeding unit and a drive of a fusion plate. In an apparatus for wrapping a disposable container, a support includes a container support section(31) and a cutter support(33). A roll-shaped vinyl is provided at an upper portion of one side. Rails for inserting and sliding the support to one side are formed on both wall surfaces of the inner side of the fixation member. CONSTITUTION: The multi-laminated film is formed by laminating an adhesive resin(2) between unoriented films(1,3) such as PP(polypropylene) or PE(polyethylene), in top and lower surfaces, wherein the adhesive resin consists of 35% of ionomer resin, 20% of random copolymer, 20% polyester resin, 15% of polystyrene, and 10% of cosmonate resin or diatomaceous earth. The film is produced by laminating a resin film having identical effect to high quality oriented film by simple equipment and an easy method, and thus can be economically produced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tape cutting apparatus is provided to reuse an adhesive tape conveniently by preventing new tape from being stuck to a roll after cutting, and to use efficiently by fixing the end of the adhesive tape temporarily.
