Abstract: PURPOSE: A data anonymity providing apparatus and a method are provided to offer data anonymity transmitted in a smart grid environment. CONSTITUTION: A communications part(410) receives meter-reading data in a smart grid environment and provides the meter-reading data to a power control system. A storage part(430) stores the meter-reading data and the anonymity information, and controls the data for anonymity as well. A user input part(450) generates and outputs key information corresponding to a key inputted by a user. A display part(440) provides characters or figures in a form capable of being recognized by the user when setting up an anonymity level and transmits the reprocessed data through the communications part. Abstract: PURPOSE: A broadcast method based on a lattice is provided to generate and set a public key and a secret key of each participant based on the lattice, thereby coding a plain text based on the public key and decoding the coded plain text by using the secret key. CONSTITUTION: Each participant group generates and sets a public key and a secret key through an algorithm(S210). When one or more participants request data transmission to a temporary participant by using the public key, the temporary participant transmits data by using a transmission device(S212,S214). The transmission device generates a coding text for the data by using the public key and transmits the coding text with a broadcast method. Abstract: PURPOSE: An ID(identity)-based proxy signature from lattices is provided to increase security for a quantum algorithm and calculation efficiency by performing proxy signature through its own secret key. CONSTITUTION: A KGC(Key Generation Center)(100) generates a signature key used for ID(identity)-based proxy signature. The KGC provides a signature key of a signer to the signer(102). The KGC provides the signature key, in other word, a secret key corresponding to each ID of an individual, to each individual including a proxy signer(104). The signer generates a proxy statement(108) by using its own signature key. The proxy statement of the signer is transmitted to the proxy signer through a communication network. The proxy signer generates a proxy signature(110) by using the proxy statement and the signature key of the proxy signer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A search system between multi users for an encryption document and a method thereof are provided to search and transmit an encryption document related to a keyword of a user and decrypt the document by an encryption key, thereby preventing data tapping. CONSTITUTION: A user list managing unit(210) manages a second secret key including the identification information of a user and a first secret key. A key generating unit(230) generates a first generation key for generating a document encryption key and a second generation key for generating a keyword index generation key using a random number and the second secret key received from a user terminal. A data searching unit(240) generates the keyword index generation key based on a query value and the second secret key received from the user terminal and searches an encrypted document corresponding to the keyword index generation key.
