Abstract: A radar blanking interface device and its method for a radar signal receiving and processing system are provided to improve detection performance of the radar signal receiving and processing system under high-density multiple signal environment. An M pulse generator(10) generates an M pulse by assembling a pulse obtained from a video of a received emitter signal, an emitter signal receiving measurement start control signal, a reset signal in an emitter signal receiving measurement process, a control signal(SHADOW) and a radar blanking signal. A 50ns pulse generator(20) generates a blank flag clear signal using a clock signal, an nCLEAR signal and the SHADOW signal. A D flip flop(30) outputs a logic high('1') during a rising period of the pulse generated by the M pulse generator, and outputs the logic high as a logic low('0') outputted during a falling period of the blanking flag clear signal. A blanking flag generator(40) outputs blanking flag information when a blanking flag latch signal rises the logic signal outputted from the D flip flop.
