Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of producing Grateloupia filicina seedlings from spores is provided, thereby mass-producing the Grateloupia filicina seedlings of which amount is rapidly reduced by overfishing them. CONSTITUTION: The method of producing Grateloupia filicina seedlings from spores comprises the steps of: (1) releasing a large quantity of spores of ripening leaf of Grateloupia filicina to attach them to seedling yarn; (2) culturing the spores attached to the seedling yarn in PES medium at 15 to 20 deg. C and 3,000 to 3,500 lux for photoperiod of 10-12L:14-12D to form roots of the spore; and (3) culturing the roots of the spore to grow them, wherein the ripening leaf of Grateloupia filicina is obtained by drying the leaf of Grateloupia filicina in the shade for 12 hours.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种从孢子中生产西葫芦幼苗的方法，从而大量生产通过过度捕捞而迅速降低量的花生青ina苗。 构成：从孢子中生产青ina藜幼苗的方法包括以下步骤：（1）释放大量西葫芦的成熟叶的孢子，使其连接到幼苗上; （2）在PES培养基中在15〜20度培养连接于幼苗纱的孢子。 C和3000至3,500勒克斯的光周期为10-12L：14-12D以形成孢子根; （3）培养孢子的根部生长，其中通过干燥卷心菜的叶子在阴凉处干燥12小时，获得了西葫芦的成熟叶。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A feed composition for growing hair crab(Erimacrus isenbeckii) is provided, thereby increasing the weighting ratio of hair crab(Erimacrus isenbeckii), easily producing the feed composition, and directly feeding the feed composition to hair crab(Erimacrus isenbeckii). CONSTITUTION: The feed composition for growing hair crab(Erimacrus isenbeckii) comprises 20 to 60 wt.% of one or more protein sources selected from fish powder, cuttlefish meat and scallop meat; 35 to 75 wt.% of one or more carbohydrate sources selected from wheat flour, dextrin, alpha-potato starch, and alpha+beta-potato starch; 3 to 8 wt.% of tackifying agent; 0.5 to 3 wt.% of vitamin mixture; and 0.5 to 4 wt.% of mineral mixture, wherein the vitamin mixture comprises 0 to 0.5 wt.% of choline chloride, and 0.5 to 2.5 wt.% of one or more vitamins selected from ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopheryl acetate, thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, calcium-D-pantothenate, mio-inositol, D-biotin, folic acid, p-amino benzoic acid, vitamin K3, vitamin A, vitamin D3 and cyanocobalamin.
