Abstract: PURPOSE: A chaff combustion system and a grain drying system having the same are provided to improve heat exchange efficiency and to prevent heat loss by forming an internal structure of a heat exchanger to a quantitative symmetrical structure. CONSTITUTION: A chaff combustion system comprises a combustion chamber(100), a heat exchanger(200), a chaff feeding device(300), a combustion air feeding device(400), and a controller(500). The combustion chamber is formed to a cyclone structure for stirring and combusting chaffs. The heat exchanger is formed in the upper part of the combustion chamber. The heat exchanger heats the outside air through heat exchanging with combustion heat fed from the combustion chamber and fees the heated air to a grain drier. The chaff feeding device feeds the chaffs into the combustion chamber by blowing. The combustion air feeding device feeds combustion air into the combustion chamber by blowing. The controller controls the drive of the combustion chamber, the chaff feeding device, and the combustion air feeding device.

본 발명은 배추의 주간거리를 주간조절장치에 의하여 미리 조절한 다음에 모취출장치에 의하여 육모 트레이에서 모를 뽑아내서 식부장치로 전달하고 전달된 모를 식부장치에 의하여 땅 속에 심은 다음 진압 및 복토장치에 의하여 복토과정이 순차적이면서 자동적으로 이루어지도록 하여 작업성능을 크게 개선하고, 작업자가 보다 편리하게 되며, 배추정식작업에 소요되는 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있게 된다.

본 고안에 의하면, 본체에 다수의 셀의 집합 형태로 이루어지는 통상의 육묘트레이에 있어서, 다수의 셀을 길이 및 폭 방향으로 서로 인접되게 다수 배치한 본체의 양 측면에 수평형의 테두리를 일체로 마련하고, 상기 테두리에는 일정 피치마다 구멍을 형성하여 이루어져, 채소정식기에 사용하기 위하여 각 열마다 해당되는 열을 모두 취출하고 나서 다음 열을 취출하기 위하여 정확한 피치 이송이 가능하고, 이송 작동중에도 슬립현상이 발생하지 아니하여 오작동을 방지할 수 있으며, 피치 이송으로 육묘트레이가 이동하는 중이나 투입 또는 배출 중에도 전체적으로 채소정식기의 메커니즘에 맞도록 구성하여 피치 이송중이나 정식기에서 투입이나 배출 작동시에도 작동이 부드럽게 이루어져 원활한 작동이 이루어질 수 있게 된다.-
