    Abstract: 본발명은내열도자기에세라믹코팅제조방법에관한것이며내열도자기에세라믹코팅을효율적으로수행하여조리용으로사용할때 조리음식에원적외선이방사되고인체에유해성이없고조리음식이타거나누러붙지않는내열도자기를제공하는데목적이있다. 본발명은점토, 페트라이트, 일라이트를반죽하여서조성한소지를사용하여성형하고건조하고유약을발라서자화소성시켜서제조한내열도자기의유약층표면을샌딩사로샌딩하고세라믹코팅소재를 1차코팅후 고온건조하고, 2차코팅후 고온건조하여서제조하는방법이다. 상기본 발명으로제조된내열도자기는조리용기로사용하게되면조리되는음식에원적외선이방사되어조림음식의풍미를높이고조리용기의표면에조리음식이누러붙거나타게되는결점이해소되는이점이있다.
