Abstract: 현재 온라인을 이용한 경매나 쇼핑몰등 웹사이트를 통하여 물품을 거래하는 전자상거래가 보편화 되고 있는 이때 상품을 판매하는 판매자나 구매하는 구매자에 가장 절실한 것은 상품에 대한 신뢰성의 확보이다. 신뢰성의 확보는 단순히 웹페이지 상에 제품의 특성을 상세히 기술하는 것 만으로는 부족하며 제품에 대한 궁금점이나 상세한 설명을 듣기를 원하는 경우가 빈번히 발생한다. 따라서 현재의 방식은 웹페이지에 상담자의 연락처를 기재한후 이곳으로 구매자가 전화를 하여 상담을 하는 방식이 주로 이용되고 있다. 하지만 이때에도 판매자와 구매자가 음성통화에 의해서만 의사소통을 함으로서 의사전달에 어려움을 겪게된다. 따라서 이때 간편하게 판매자와 구매자가 상품을 나타내는 웹페이지의 화면을 같이 공유하면서 상품안내를 한다면 매우 효과적인 방법이 될것이다. 이를통해 고객은 충분한 상품안내를 받고 물건을 구입하기 때문에 편리하며 판매자는 신속한 상담안내를 통하여 판매가능을 높이며 고객만족을 통해 고객의 충실도를 높혀 궁극적으로 매출을 올릴 수 있을것이다.
본 발명은 판매자와 구매자간의 전자상거래 웹사이트에서 화면공유 및 원격제어기능을 이용하여 양자 또는 다자간 원격안내와 제어를 제공하는 중계모델에 관한것이다.-

CONSTITUTION: A knowledge seller(102) and a knowledge buyer(103) are connected to a knowledge trading system(101) through the online network(104). The knowledge buyer confirms the knowledge by searching/inquiring the knowledge, and buys the knowledge if the knowledge is needed.
